位置離哪都比較近，但離1號線有點遠，位置很好人很多，煙火氣息很足，出行方便，大廳簡潔，賓客關係部主任服務好，動作麻利，周到。升級了房間，還不錯

感謝前台小姐姐（太晚了沒記住名字抱歉）和幫我來回拿行李的Michael小哥，還有把我腦袋夾了的電梯門和有點扣門的經理，酒廊比較有價值，有百威和椰汁（很少見酒精飲料）餅乾也好吃。風景過於宜人，晚上有點嚇人

酒店的細心服務令人印象深刻。因我的行李箱鑰匙丟失，無法打開行李，電話給禮賓部，有個叫Wesley的小夥子即刻聯繫工程部師傅到房間處理，幫助打開了行李箱，Wesley還自己去附近的五金店幫我買了一把合適的小鎖迅速送到房間，看問題都處理好後才離開。在此謝謝Wesley的熱心服務，也感謝酒店培養了如此細心負責的員工。還有，前台和餐廳的接待也是令人感覺賓至如歸，因每個人都面帶真誠笑容。再來貴陽肯定還會在此入住。

這次出行真的很愉快，入住選擇了貴陽鉑爾曼酒店，酒店的位置特別方便，離火車站和地鐵站都很近，周邊好吃的好玩的也很多。最滿意的是入住酒店時，前台小姐姐的貼心服務。小姐姐超級熱情，人超好，還很有幽默感，真的是寶藏女孩。
