房間整潔乾淨，設施齊全，熱水充分，衞生條件很好，住得很舒服滿意。

前台服務熱情周到，房間衞生乾淨整潔，洗漱用品齊全。熱水器很好用。被褥乾淨舒服，床軟硬適中，去甲秀樓衹需步行5分鐘。餐廳自助餐也不錯。可以在院裏免費停車。唯一不足就是水龍頭擰着費老勁，馬桶按鈕也賊費勁

房間、設備都很陳舊了，就是8090年代招待所或培訓中心，不過勝在地理位置優秀，距離甲秀樓僅100米。

這個酒店性價比太高了，雖然設施看上去有些老舊，但是非常乾淨，而且就在甲秀樓旁邊，去哪裡都很方便，而且停車相當可以，就在氣象局裡麪免費停車，服務人員的態度也很好，強烈推薦。下次來貴陽還會選擇這家酒店！
