從衞生到服務都非常差！屋子裡全是污漬，臟抹布亂扔，跟網圖天差地別，自己看圖吧。溝通老闆娘，老闆娘態度極差，説保潔費貴，要用什麼自己收拾下，還説要住一塵不染的房子就租高價房，總用不給報銷一半停車費説事，還説去哪平台小，來的客人都不怎麼地。不知道老闆娘哪來的自信，自己房子跟一塵不染這個詞差遠了，還一副瞧不起人的樣子，陰陽怪氣説貴陽停車費貴，意思不給我們報銷一半。4元/小時停車費用得着讓你牛成****似的，有時間自己多出去見識見識，別一張嘴就露底，挺給貴陽丟臉的。要不是奔波一天挺累的，肯定換房子，本來出來玩為了開心，被老闆娘噁心到半夜！勸大家睜大眼睛，老闆家網圖都是Ｐ出來的，跟實際天差地別，建議平台下次審核時候嚴格一些，別傷害消費者對平台的信任。

房子很好找，而且就在花果園白宮旁邊，吃飯逛街很方便。我們到的比較早，碰巧碰到老闆正在打掃衞生，收拾的非常乾淨整潔。一路上房間裏有什麼疑問，給老闆發微信基本秒回，很耐心。住了三天，走的時候忘了件短袖，老闆收拾房間的時候發現了，給我寄了快遞回來。很感謝。

房間很巴適，我們一家人住了一天，還可以煮飯，洗衣服，有冰箱投影，衹是住了一天，第二天房間都被訂滿了，樓下有很多賣吃的。

樓底下有吃的有超市，生活還是很方便。
最好提前跟店家聯繫，頁面上的導航就在濕地公園旁邊，到實際的住址有點遠，離濕地公園走路10幾、20分鐘，要過一個隧道。店家解釋頁面上的地址是她的營業執照地址。
房子就在路邊，雖然樓層高，但是玻璃不隔音，建議睡眠不好的人慎重考慮，噪音比較大。
建議：屋子裡的衞生應該加強，漱口杯很臟，幸好家裡有一次性杯子。本來想用用廚房，但是臟的讓人無處下手，兩塊看不出原本顏色的毛巾搭在水池那裡

帶全家老小來貴州旅遊，這個公寓真是很舒心。首先是地理位置好，樓下各種貴州小吃、大型商超和飯店，還有便利店、水果店……基本上在1公里範圍內可以滿足所有需求。然後是服務，因為到點比較晚，店主特意打來視頻，為我們指引路線，很周到很貼心。下次有機會還會選擇這裏。
