酒店服務熱情，設施齊全，但客房設備略顯舊。去景區和參與景區遊樂設施方便。酒店有自己的小露台和餐飲。周邊旅遊服務較齊全。不錯。

房間看煙花水秀的位置絕佳，僅這優點。房間裝修原本是不錯的，維護保養及管理太差，空調不給力，很冷。房間衞生不行，電梯裏、牆腳等都是臟兮兮的。沒有熱水，入住一天沒有洗漱。一樓吃飯的地方也是很混亂。原來可以搞成一個精品名宿，管理成一個旅舍。

第一次住酒店感受到了陰森，牆上還掛了件民族衣服用相框裱起來，同行人看了都覺得很嚇人，衞生間很多小蟲子，房間裏有蚊子。服務也不好，早餐很難吃，不推薦入住
