Opposite the hotel there is Jiangjia Changwang Noodles. Next to it, there are Old Guiyang Beef Noodles, Sour Soup Beef, Hotpot, and Barbecue. They are all very good. The hotel is centrally located in the midst of many food, shopping and transport choice. Service staff is really sincere and helpful. There’s are shared mini kitchen, washing machines/dryers/irons and umbrellas for guests to use. The hotel is perfect for free and easy travellers/friends/couple and travellers looking to enjoy and soak in sights flexibly. It is in a block where there are other businesses and travellers can be confused by a need to take a lift to the 31st floor where the lobby and check in is. It was my first time to travel to Guiyang. I was very satisfied with the first stop. The hotel was very considerate. After placing the order, they would contact me by phone to understand the arrival time and transportation method. They also sent me to the room after checking in at the hotel. They also introduced the use of the room air conditioner and projector very considerately. They were very enthusiastic. The location is also very good. It is very lively downstairs. There are many places to eat at night. They are all night market stalls, all of which are Guiyang specialty snacks. The sour soup beef and Yatou barbecue recommended by the hotel lady are very good. There will also be small rice dumplings with fermented rice and fresh fruits in the evening. The service is very thoughtful and attentive.

The hotel has an excellent location. There are supermarkets and various restaurants nearby. You can see the Little White House and the Twin Towers from the window of the room. There are direct buses to Jiaxiu Tower and Wenchang Pavilion, which is more convenient than taking the subway. There is a shopping mall at night After the lights are lit, it becomes even more lively. The receptionist and cleaners are very enthusiastic and responsible. I will definitely stay here again if I have the chance!

Room: Stayed on the 27th floor in one of the executive rooms and it definitely was not executive. Luxury was definitely lacking as most of the interior in the bathroom/shower bath area was old and in need of help. The closet was so dusty inside too. However the room itself was nice enough with a big enough bed and a good view of the city. Complimentary fruit was there on arrival but compared to other executive rooms in hotels it missed the personal touch. The executive lounge on the 30th floor was fine enough with cakes, salad and some hot dishes alongside fruit and beverages. Would be nice if they offered wine though. Staff: staff here are wonderful. Very attentive and cheerful. Cleaners, waiters, reception and everything in between- all lovely people. Breakfast. The breakfast buffet is the highlight. Absolutely delicious and such a wide variety of to choose. Western and Chinese dishes are available with plenty of fruit and bakery items too. Fantastic. Location: Easy enough to reach plenty of attractions and snack street is very close by. Overall a pleasant stay.

This is my second time in Guiyang and my first time staying at Sheraton. When checking in, Song Jindong at the front desk (highlight praise) was very patient in asking about the preferences for staying. The guests' needs were properly met. The answers were concise and clear. The handling process was quick and accurate, and the room breakfast was generously presented. The room service staff (sorry for forgetting to ask the name) also provided good service. They cooperated with the room to open the window for ventilation. I asked not to clean the room, but they handled the garbage very considerately. They observed that the mineral water in the room was finished, and they sent a few more bottles of water very attentively the next day. The breakfast was rich and the plates were large. The service staff was warm and thoughtful. They observed the needs of the guests very carefully and provided help in a timely manner. There were cutlery and tableware on each table, which was different from other hotels. It was convenient for guests to take the tableware and it was recommended to maintain the hygiene of the tableware at any time (some guests sneezed at the table). The gym and swimming pool are fully equipped, the swimming pool is very clean, and there are usually swimming lessons in the afternoon, but half of the swimming pool will be reserved for guests to use. The gym service staff guided us into the locker room and introduced the precautions for using the swimming pool and gym. When I swam for a while and answered the phone by the pool, the swimming pool service staff was very considerate and sent a bath towel 👍. In short, the quality of the hotel staff is very high, and the service is the most satisfactory among all the hotels I have stayed in. It will definitely be my first choice next time I come to Guiyang!

It's a bit perfunctory when there are many people. I usually wear slippers to eat breakfast. The floor will be slippery if it's dirty. There is a risk of slips and falls for guests. There is no sign of the hotel even if it is dragged. It is a fly in the ointment. It is suitable for business trips. There is Wanda nearby. There is a food court for more than ten yuan to take a taxi here. The waiters are very nice and the room prices are comparable.
