When I first arrived, I was a bit hesitant about the location, thinking it might be a bit awkward, but after staying there, I realized it's actually quite a good spot.
It's about a 30-minute walk to the city center, but you can catch a dolmuş (minibus) right outside Hotel Bora. As someone who loves walking, I just strolled around at my own pace, and it was great fun exploring every corner of Bodrum.
The place is really clean, and most importantly, the staff here are incredibly friendly! I'd give them 1000 out of 1000 for their kindness!!! They even carried my heavy luggage all the way to my room, which was super convenient.
The breakfast is simple but perfectly fine for a light meal.
The owner, Mr. Haji, is truly... incredibly kind! He always does his best to answer any questions I have, and he even used a translator to communicate in Korean, which touched me deeply. Receiving such a warm welcome in a foreign place made me feel wonderful.
There's also a supermarket and McDonald's nearby, which is handy. Maybe because I went during the off-season, there wasn't much to see in the main downtown area, and I couldn't go swimming, which was a bit of a shame... but overall, I slept well and had a pleasant stay here!

They provide shuttle bus to Bodrum downtown and it is very near to Gumbet beach (walking distance). The room is clean with good view.
