A fuire, catastrophique, hôtel supposé 5 étoiles, mais il vaut zéro!! Chambres sales, toilettes nauséabondes rouillées, sans fenêtre ni balcon. On va à la réception, le gérant ne prend du haut et il nous dit y a que ça, vous avez pris une chambre économique, vous pouvez partir si ça vous plaît pas !! On arrive à négocier un changement de chambre le lendemain, même état sauf qu'il ya un.balcon. En 4 jours j'ai vu cette scène se répéter 3 4 fois par jours avec d'autres clients... Vacances gâchées...

Максимально негативный опыт! Отель был выбран нами за то, что он позиционирует себя как 5 звездочный. Приехали мы в 12:30, понятно, что Ураза байрам, но ждали мы больше трех часов на ресепшне, чтобы получить свои заветные ключи. Заметьте, отел позиционирует себя как 5 звёзд. Самое страшное началось после того, как мы получили ключи и пошли смотреть свой номер. Как только зашли в ванную, обнаружили очень грязный и протекающий унитаз. Причиной нашего такого долгого ожидания было именно то, что они говорили, что наш номер якобы убирают! Следующий сюрприз ожидал нас дальше, номер оказался без окон, что можно увидеть на фотографиях. Есть подозрения, что это один большой номер, и из-за наплыва посетителей его так разделили на два и всучили нам эту ужасную часть. Вообще не советую никогда и никому этот отель, считаю, что звезды у этого отеля от балды. Ужасный ресепшн, ужасное обслуживание и ужасное состояние номеров Еще и не работал телефон в номере.

L’accueil était catastrophique il ne trouvait pas ma réservation ensuite ils m’ont donné une chambre standard que j’ai refusé et après une longue négociation j’ai pu récupérer la chambre de ma commande en ayant une remarque comme quoi il me faisait pas payer !!

Kaldığımız katta koridordaki halıların rengi siyaha dönmüştü, acilen temizlenmeli, banyo da tadilattan geçmeli, oda içi ve yataklarlar son derece temizdi, personel oldukça ilgiliydi, otel her şey dahil konseptinde, fiyat performans oranı bence iyi.
