Staff was friendly. However, the room was not clean. The door handle was broken. Flies were at the ceiling of the bathroom. I found also a spider in my bathroom. The bad plug was missing, water was spreading all over the floor due to broken plumbing. The extractor fan of the barbecue at the restaurant seems not to have been cleaned for a long time, oil and other mess are widespread all around the barbecue ceiling. The shower at the pool has no hot water and spreads only cold water.

I remember coming here as a child and preteen. The hotel was run by a woman called Ceyda and a man called Cak (Jack). I remember the old fashioned self catering apartments with beautiful hanging flowers. Beds were cleaned daily by a happy jolly middle aged woman who arranged the beds with beautiful flowers each time she cleaned. I remember the swimming pools which were lovely. the green flooring and the memorable moments we had. The pools gave a feel we were abroad. I did not come back for years. Never in my 20s. Fast forward and got a friend to book it. Felt very excited to relieve a childhood memory. Nowadays i was in total shock! I thought i wounded up at the wrong hotel! Taxi driver said no this is it. It looks like some ultra modern hotel with no old fashioned apartments anymore. Looks like dubai. White modern pool flooring with a swimming pool. The place has changed and it is not my Jasmin Beach anymore... Inside was ultra modern not the old fashioned apartments. Looked nice but i missed the old feel. Dont get me wrong, the surroundings look nice and i do like modern hotels but not replacing lovely old buildings with modern ones. The old bar with wicker roofing is gone too i miss that. It has lost its old fashioned charm. I had a nice time anyway. Staff were also nice too though i forgot their names...

We had the best stay at jasmine beach the staff are fantastic and cannot do enough for you. Anne from guest relations what a star. Thank you so much. Jake on reception is the best ever always there to help with a smile on his face. One in a million. We loved it. Thank you so much. We cannot wait to come back.

Personelin hepsi yeni olmasına rağmen sempatik, güler yüzleri ve hizmetlerine teşekkür ediyorum. Genel olarak fiyat performans bir yer hizmet ve tesisin temizliği iyi. Plaj havlusunu biraz erken almanızı tavsiye ederim yoğun olduğu zamanlar çabuk bitiyor ve havlusuz kalabiliyorsunuz.
