We went in early May so,the a la carte restaurants were closed ,plus you can only visit one per week. We stayed in the main hotel. No complaints with the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Ozzy at the lobby bar. The location is good for local shops. Bodrum Marina is beautiful and more affluent. We ate there most nights. Sadly it's the food that let's the hotel down .it's repetitive and cold by the time you sit down . The salad section is great . Music plays until 2 am . We wouldn't stay again. However we would like to take the opportunity to thank the staff,from house keeping to reception to waiters .

Hello, this was our second visit to the hotel. We came to the hotel last year. There is a lot of difference this year compared to last year. The rooms in the hotel are nice, clean and hygienic, just as we wanted, the restaurants are great, the food is amazing. They showed interest, I would like to thank the staff at every departure, I would like to thank the friends at the reception, the friends in the bar team, and by the way, I would like to thank Mr. Yamaç at the pool. He is successful in his job, he is talented, he always tried to entertain us, he offered us nice cocktails, they were all very nice, I hope to see you again. 😊🙏

Our room was not good at all, it was very old and there were snakes walking around in the garden in front of it. Food was average. It could be better. NOT EVEN A WATERMELON WAS AVAILABLE. I think some of the employees should be given a few warnings. They were laughing and talking slang, especially behind strangers' backs. This bothered me. They should find higher-level people who do their jobs well, or a warning should be given to those who do exist. I think they think the hotel is their father's farm. The hotel's customer portfolio is not very good either. I won't come with my family again. There was an Iranian boy band. They were being bullied. The only thing we liked about the property was staff members. They were great, professional and very friendly. The wi-fi doesn't work in the room and could do much better with TV size and channels.
