Property location is excellent, it is opposite of emma green, gurgaon. Hotel amenities and service is also excellent. Staff of the hotel is very helpful and co-operative. The food was hygiene. I have enjoyed the breakfast but a little bit annoying towards dinner, taste wasn't good.

I stayed in their suit for 5 days, hotel room service is pathetic, not maintained rooms, not cleaned, floor is in a very bad state, no hot water in bathrooms.

I had called to club florence ***y times at least 7 days prior to my booking date i had called 10 times and i had asked them to upgrade me if u have possiblities and they said that they will do even i had called them one day before my booking and they told that we have already done it but when i had checked in they had given me the same room which i booked and i had travel-led with me wife and 7 months daughter and i was having my birthday after 12 o clock same day thats why i had requested them to give me favor but they have not they have made
