They delayed our checkin by 2 hours which made us a bit uncomfortable but overall experience was fine. Staff is too nice and so is food

Property and facilities were good. Staff was cooperative. Food was okay but restaurant services were below average, that has to be improved. Room was quite spacious with a beautiful pool view.

Pros: 1) staff and ***agemnt want to do their best to satisfy the guest. 2) rooms are spacious cons:
1) the age of the property shows. My first room before i was switched to another room had tiles coming off the bathroom area, stained bathroom floors and walls. Chipped wood floors. 2) not the cleanest. Dust over most surfaces. The fabrics of curtains, chairs and even the iron board were dirty and stained. 3) had roaches on one particular occasion. (hotel said they did pest control that caused all the cockroaches to come out. But you don't expect roaches to take over your bathroom in any case. 4) breakfast options are very limited. (fruits were in unappetizing) i personally had to cut my trip here short as it was a very stressful experience. Good staff alone can't do the job. The property needs the right upkeep to qualify as a good property. This is nowhere close to a 5 star experience as the club claims.

Nice food, neat & clean hotel, good service, soft spoken staff especially mr. Ganesh at reception. Overall 5/5 experience.
