We visited on 4th May , booked 8 rooms for a family get together . As usual this was not our first visit. Whenever we plan something first name that comes to our mind is Lemon treee . From welcome till exit , everything flawless. It’s not just for the sake of writing review, literally mean it. We feel everytime we are at home . Apart from rooms , the F&an exp and other benefits that you don’t get at other hotels makes them different. Highly recommended if you are planning a family get together. Special thanks to the *** who handles this show always with zero error Mr. Satyendra and his team at lobby and coffee shop . Best wishes to them and c u again for an memorable experience 🙏

Although the overall experience was good. I had few issues to raise here: I would not recommend to add dinner ***** with stay. they hv very short menu in dinner and the food taste was also not so good. you have good options nearby and CLD easliy order via swiggy/Zomato. stay open regarding this. secondly, i experience a weired incidence in the premises. where the hotel staff entered in our room without our permission 2 hours before the checkout using the master key. He claimed we were just checking the physical occupancy. I believe hotel reception must have all records and they have no rights to enter the room without being called in. I was on breakfast table and moment I came back noticed two *** coimg out of my room. when asked they said just checking the physical occupancy. unbelievable, how can they enter the room when the guest is already in. I suspect something else. informing the incident to reception even dosent look worth . they just said sorry 😞. no action perhaps. i would suggest be aware if u check in to their hotel. take care of urself. i would not consider this property again. not feeling safe.

Overall experience was very nice and friendly for family stay as well. And at last while checking out, brajesh stole the show what a customer centric person with great presence of mind.

We stayed at the property for the weekend and either i got very lucky or this hotel has perfected the art of keeping customers happy. To start with satyendra instantly responded just minutes after i made my booking to confirm that the booking was received by the hotel. Check in at the hotel was literally a 5 min procedure with har****a and deepa at the front desk ***aging a flood of check in and checkouts with absolute ease. The hotel was a full house for the weekend yet everything and everyone was being handled effectively and efficiently. The rooms and bathroom were clean, acs were effective, room service was a bit slow but the quality and the quantity of food served made up for the delay. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant and i can say that the chefs did a brilliant job. The food was delicious and the portions were a delight. Buffet breakfast during weekends is again full house yet you ***age to find seats within 5-10 mins and food is served instantly. Our server was praful who was a really cool guy taking orders from a million people yet serving everyone the correct items and within 10 minutes. Coffee machines take a bit of time because of the rush. If you want to enjoy the breakfast i suggest you start early. Besides this they have a large green field where you could find people playing football and cricket. The pool was clean however can be used in the evenings because it faces the sun most of the time. Kids have access to swings and slides, adults can use the gym on the top floor and then there is table tennis carrom chess etc in the basement. Brajesh who is the gm and satyendra the am are always around and both are genuinely helpful. So super happy with my stay and a 10/10. Hope others get as lucky as i did.
