The hotel environment is not bad, the facilities are also OK, the place is very big, you can stroll in it, the traffic is also very convenient, it is usually 100 rupees to take a tricycle, that is, the dishes in the restaurant are not very good, you may have had a better breakfast, compared with Difference 🤷♂️

I went to Palms Town & Country Club to plan for a wedding (to be held in Nov'24). The Sales staff (Ms. Pampa) was terrible at communication, did not provide us a visit to the rooms (told us to look online for pictures and they will not show their rooms). ***** with this, the general attitude was demeaning and highly unprofessional. She did not provide a final quotation for 3 days, after chasing numerous times for the same. Highly unprofessional attitude from the Sales staff. I really wish people consider this before planning the Best day of their life with such a place where guests are not served properly.

We came to Gurugram for a family function and stayed at palm club. I would rate it as an average property. Rooms were a bit small, and have lots of corners. We tried their Chinese restaurant, food was good and rates were reasonable. Breakfast was a good spread of continental and Indian dishes. I would say that this property is a bit overpriced.

From check-in to check-out, Hotel The Palms Town & Country Club was a haven of comfort and convenience. The location was perfect, the amenities exceeded expectations, and the impeccable cleanliness set it apart. A true home away from home! The hotel's greatest asset was its outstanding staff, with the front desk team truly shining. Their warm smiles, genuine helpfulness, and proactive problem-solving made our stay truly unforgettable. A special shout-out to Ms. Neha for going above and beyond.

I organized an event there. The property is very nice and the event ***agement team is good. Staffs at the lobby at reservation counter do not have clue of event details going on in the property. There is no communication between event and reservation team. We missed some of of VIP guest due to wrong communication by the reservation team. ***y guests were also not given proper direction especially at late evening time. Please be careful, we had a very disgraceful experience, though all the arrangements were good.

The staff doesn’t help with luggage when you get out of car. They stare at you. They told me I had an incidental charge. I said I didn’t have any charges other than noodles I bought for a small amount. I gave them the money and they didn’t have change so they kept the change. Then they called me saying they forgot to charge tax. Kept harassing me every 30 mins to pay. I’m in a rush to catch my flight. Harassment for a few dollars. I showed proof I am waiting for the bank to approve payee. Don’t stay here.
