The price-perfor***ce ratio is not right at all, this hotel is extremely overpriced. The water in the pool is regularly extremely dirty because guests go into the pool in normal street clothes, among other things there are rarely any towels at the pool. It is almost impossible to sit outside because everything is covered in pigeon ****. The elevator is being serviced at peak times so *** has little chance of getting from the 12th floor to the ground floor. Not everything is available at the breakfast buffet, the pizza oven is usually broken. In my opinion this hotel is an absolute rip-off. In contrast to other countries such as Thailand/Bangkok, this hotel is definitely not recommended. As a Hilton member, this was my first and last visit here.

The hotel outlook and location is good. But the cleanliness of the bed sheet need to be improve. The air conditioning need to improve a lot. Breakfast is good enough for various choices.

the hotel is very well located. The staff is very nice and helpful. We were upgraded to a suite at no extra cost.
Only drawback is the hotel is slightly old and some of the walls and the facilities show that

Our stay was very comfortable, breakfast spread was amazing.. they really have delicious spread. We requested for late check out and staff was so cooperative they allowed us to check out late too . I will recommend this hotel for stay .

I think the food (breakfast) was decent and the service was good. The location is a little strange, as there aren't ***y restaurants around where you can eat, and there are unpaved roads and low-income housing nearby. However, I don't think there will be any problems if you use a taxi.

Breakfast spread is just wonderful. I and my family liked all the items Special thanks to Sweety to take care of us at breakfast and brought nice surprise for my daughter and made her feel special. Property is fantastic and located on golf course road

Amazing team and down to earth. Everyone made sure my stay was perfect. Sweety in breakfast restaurant with her daily smile and Chef Sharika in the egg station were perfect. Also the reception team was always helpful and smiling. Thanks alot to all the staff and ***agement. See you soon.
