北インドを巡るツアーで到着したデリーで宿泊しました。デリーから南西の郊外のグルガーオンという再開発地区の幹線道路沿いにあるので、チャックインした後にどこかへ出かけられるという環境ではありません。ホテルとしてはかなり上質で、建物の造りも安普請さは感じません。スタッフの方々も英語は通じるし皆さん親切です。客室階の廊下も大栄席ときれいな絨毯g阿敷かれてあります。部屋はかなり広めのダブルベットの部屋でしたが、ベッドはセパレートにもなるようです。部屋に入ったすぐ脇にはクローゼットがあるのですが、そのクローゼットは隣接するバスルームにも扉があるので使い勝手が良く考えられていると思いました。バスルームも床と壁が大理石貼りで高級感があります。広さもかなりあるのでストレスなく使えます。バスタブの無いシャワーだけですが、広いのでシャワーカーテンが無くても問題ありません。お湯の熱さも量も問題ありませんでした。洗面台の水は消毒のための塩分が含まれているので、歯磨きにはミネラルウォーターを使用した方が良いと思います。このホテルで到着時の晩ご飯と翌朝の朝食を1階のレストランを利用しましたが、料理の種類の多さには驚きますし、デザートなども含め北インドの料理が楽しめました。ビュッフェスタイルですが味もとても良かったです。

It is an 5 star rated hotel in this budget with a Proper amazing hygienic environment and nice service ( Specially Sachin the staff member is very cooperative always available for any type of help needed in the hotel). This hotel always in my first priority .

The best hotel for family functions and wedding . The hotel staff was well dressed and very helpful. All over experience was excellent while staying in the hotel. Very simple and clear billing system. I want to recommend the hotel to my relatives and friends.

We stayed for 12 days. The only good thing about the hotel was the Food. The service is terrible. There is no room heater, they provide portable ones which is not good at all. The front desk and restaurant never answer calls. Even when we checked out today, we didnt get any help to carry our heavy luggages. The service should be improved.

We had a family function for our little ones on the 27th December. 23 . Everything was just perfect . Special mention to Mr Uday B***a who took care of everything and made our function memorable ❤️. The overall experience from food to room to staff everything was just point onn.

Me and my daughter had organized a surprise party for my wife’s Birthday at The Pllazio Hotel, Gurugram. The hotel is centrally located and very close to the highway. The best part was the hospitality……it was mind blowing. We and our guest felt like home. Everything was fabulous, be it the food, service, pre and post event interactions, everything was totally marvelous. Special thanks to the Operations Head, Mr. Uday B***a for effortlessly and smoothly planning the event. One special thanks also to the Chef, Mr. Dinesh for preparing such delicious food such that the guests could not believe that it was without onion and garlic. Will surely plan for more events in the future with The Pllazio Hotel 😊
