Service is exceptional, the breakfast is one of a kind, location maybe bit far off the centre but it depends where you plan to go. Definitely will come back when I travel to Delhi.

Friendly staff and great breakfast.

An excellent place to stay while on business in Gurgaon. Clean, safe hotel. Great fitness facility. Wonderful breakfast. Staff was super helpful and accommodating. Clientele was very international. Delhi airport reasonably close (15-25 mins). Road right in front of hotel is crazy busy, but not different from most of Delhi. Would stay here again on a future trip!

Wonderful property, nice staff, amazing location.

The staff are friendly and the hotel is good. Some parts are a little too much ^^ I just don't know much about food. Will stay again next time I go to India One more thought is needed.

My last stay was wonderful which was I think 22nd July 2023 but this time it was little bit bad because I ordered Indian Masala Tea from room service around 5am and it was terrible . Can’t explain I think the milk was expired or something it was horrible. But Threesixtyone staff always rocked their behavior towards the guests are incredible they are so professional. And Divyanshu, Nitin and Karan they are the backbone of the Threesixtyone Restaurant. And the most amazing part is I really don’t have to ask anything because they knows my preferences very well which really make me feel so special. So thank you guys & See You Next Year again!!! Keep Rocking My 3 Rockstars

Stay in an Oberoi is always an great experience. From the smooth check-in experience till the check-out they make sure the guest is completely satisfied with the service. We were their for a birthday celebration and they did a fabulous job in decorating the room. There were numerous pilow options/ butler service in facilities too. The only thing they can world upon is the restaurant threesixtyone. I hated every bit of it from hair in the butter during breakfast to the undercooked meat and when I complained about it to the chef, they reheated the same one and served again. Service was damn slow. Stay is not doubt one of the best but do not go to threesixtyone

Your love and warmth is the reason I ever called the Oberoi ^ home ^ thank your for all that you do . And Kevin he is always available for all requests and looks after my all preferences so well and very efficient. The front office team is most warmth and loving ( hanumant, Prerna, Sachin ) Excellent housekeeping staff who goes above and beyond to make my stay memorable by placing lovely flower decorations and the best amenities always. The best chef team thanks to all for always delivering excellent exquisite dining experience. Chef robin is superb Cher Parakh and chef yash are my favourite they ensures personally that I must have best experience always the dishes they prepare and the platting is just beyond words . It’s just pure love can’t thank them enough for everything they do . Chef eshna is just outstanding and best baker the deserts she prepares are truely unmatchable. Chef Sahil is excellent and very warmth and sweet . 361 is best restaurant in Delhi and Gurgaon it’s indeed my favourite and the people there make it more lovely . Neelakshi is just amazing and Arjun chanana they both look after me so well every time I dine . The best service my Ayush Tyagi he is best . If he is around then I’m always confident that nothing can go wrong. Also mentioning Shomi, hemraj, Sayali the best people and thanks for you love and for always being efficient . It's a wonderful stay experience. Ms Pranjali had made my check-in hasselfree as well as fast. Mr Lalit had drop me to the meeting location as I was late. Ms Ching and riya had selected a very comfort table for me in the 361 restaurant. Ms widi had welcome with her gorgeous smile. Chef Parakh Verma, Rishabh, Rajesh had made my Breakfast experience delicious. In Inroom dining Ms Karrtik, Nitin Pandey had made my dinner experience delicious. Mr. Sohan Sharma had made my stream bath session experience awesome. I had requested for late checkout to Mr Hanumant Singh the same was accepted by him. Mr Iqbal had made my checkout experience hasselfree. Mr Vikas & Hanumant Singh had gifted me a beautiful gift box is beautiful I like it. Mr Sumit had handled my bags very well. Overall it's a wonderful & memorable stay experience.

The hotel is excellent, the staff is very attentive and very professional . The hotel is spotless constantly getting cleaned with every attention to detail taken care of. After a long trip, the spa is open until midnight so you can book a service any time when you arrive and anytime in the evening. That was a plus for me coming off of a long extended trip.
