Worst experience I've got in this hotel. - Totally different with the pictures and informatuon in Trip.com. - Ezyptian Ants are living in the room even in the 8th floor. - cockroaches are living in the breakfast reataurant. I saw few cockroaches in the bread. - Air conditioner makes too loud noise all the time. Can't sleep due to this noise. It makes nigh**are everyday.

Great location, clean hotel but room key kept having to be reissued which was kind of annoying. Overall recommended though.

We liked the decoration of the corridors... attention and quality in the services

The reception attitude is very good, the room is big and clean, but the corridor is too weird hahahahaha, I don’t know what it is, it’s scary

It was the most expensive hotel among the hotels we used this time, but we couldn't make it in time for our flight, so it was a non-refundable cancellation. ️ I had no idea that the local airport in Frankfurt was 130 kilometers away from the main airport.

A very practical and comfortable hotel. Check-in and check-out is very fast. The detail of the mini bar is very welcome.

Very attentive service upon our arrival, as well as the location of the hotel, which allows you to walk to the main points of interest in the city. The spa area, yes, somewhat scarce.

To be honest, the location is very central, the facilities are also good, the room is very large and very new, but it seems that this hotel likes to put sculptures of that kind of clothes... It's the kind of sculpture that only has clothes and no people inside... (like Doctor Strange's cloak) There is a sculpture that looks like ancient Japanese women's clothes at the door of my room, it's really scary 😭 I don't dare to open the door by myself and go out to be accompanied by my boyfriend 😭

Very good location, a lot af restaurants and stores around. no air conditioner in winter, elevator doesn’t work almost all the time.

The hotel was good but they had issues with the elevators for most of the days. We had to go up and down the stairs as the elevators were not working

It was an absolute disapoin**ent as the hotel standard is very old an worn out. Room was not clean, 3rd bed was wiggely, tv remote not working and view from small window was directly into a backyard. On too the spa was cold and sauna did not work properly. Staff did not realy react when we aproached them after check in. Overall a bed experience and do not recomend others to stay there.
