"I once stayed at an HM Hotel in the heart of Palma, and it was a wonderful experience back then, despite a small room and a small pool, because the service was excellent. Here, the service, from reception to the waiters at the rooftop bar, wasn't as friendly or accommodating for me. That sense of community, which I experienced so strongly in central Palma, was missing. I even had to ask for my bill to be issued later. It's okay for one night, but otherwise not great."

"The location is very convenient for beach lovers and there are nearby stops for buses to town and the airport. I had a very positive experience with almost all staff except for one lady. Hate to do this but will point out what rubbed me the wrong way. After breakfast one day I went to fill my travel cup as I have a special tea and wanted to drink it while getting ready for the day in my room. She came to me and said that taking out coffee ”is not possible”. I explained it's just hot water and she walked away. On face value it's nit a big deal but really, what is it one coffee for a hotel in which a breakfast is already included? And she assumed it was coffee while it was just hot water. It was mostly the manner of her approach. There are right ways to talk to your guests and that wasn't it. Another thing is the noise- you can hear everything and everyone. The bar is frequented by local people and it could be noisy as well. I have to say the bar noise didn't bother me, it in a way added to the atmosphere, it was nice to be in a place that the neighbours love and we're genuinely enjoying themselves. But it was very annoying to hear guests slam doors in the middle of the night, using the toilet, having loud conversations, even cleaning their sinuses... I'm not sure if anything could be done about it as the walls appear to be paper thin."

"Great room for a solo traveller to use as a base combined with scooter or car rental. Very close to the beach and in the middle of the German neighborhood (the fact that everything around is in German and not Spanish is a bit of a downer). The place was very clean and the cleaning itself was done on a daily basis if needed. It has to be a solid choice for couples as well. The pool and the gym are a bonus. The breakfast is one of the best buffet breakfasts I've ever had. The dinner the same but quite expensive even compared with eating out. The little balcony had a great view and I would love to return there."

"Had an amazing time here. Super close to the beach and a lot of restaurants nearby. Amazing customer service plus great breakfast/brunch options from 0800-1330. Definitely will come back again! Good for people who work remotely because the hotel is quiet and the internet is stable."

"The stay at the hotel was rated very well. The room was clean and fragrant, it was not too hot, but slightly cool - just how we like it. Interesting shower 😁 A short 3-minute walk to the beach, and 10 minutes to the center by car. There are also buses. Palma Aquarium is a 10-minute walk from the hotel. We really liked the location. A very nice bar on the 8th floor with a jacuzzi and a sea view 🙂 During a week spent in Mallorca and staying in four different hotels, this one had the best breakfast. Two things I would find fault with: 1) We got a room on the side, overlooking the garden and the hotel next door, from which loud sounds of air conditioning or something else came. This went on all the time and did not provide silence. 2) We spent two nights at the hotel. On the last day we had to get up early in the morning at 4 am to catch our flight. We asked the reception to prepare us a takeaway breakfast, but they refused, because the hotel does not do that, even though we paid for breakfast in advance. Instead, they offered us fruit. We wanted something more substantial, so they told us to go down to the kitchen in the morning and something would be waiting for us on the table. It turned out to be two slices of bad white toast bread and two slices of salami, a banana and that's it... We were very disappointed, and the staff could have tried harder, leaving at least some croissants or just a little more choice."

"I stayed overnight for a few hours after my flight. The rooms were clean. I was surprised that they don't provide towels and only rent them... considering the price is €60 per bed, a towel would have been included."

"I had a really great stay at this hostel. The location was perfect and everything was easy to access by walking or public transport. The staff were very kind and welcoming from the first day, which made me feel comfortable as a traveler from another country. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I also liked the atmosphere of the hostel because it was easy to meet people from different countries and have conversations in the common area. It felt social but still relaxed at the same time. The kitchen and bathrooms were cleaned regularly, and the overall place felt safe during my stay. I especially enjoyed the view around the hostel and the local neighborhood atmosphere. "Friendly staff, reasonably size room with lift available, good breakfast with loads of selection, very comfy bed and firm pillow and great pressure the shower, shame only a bottle of water for our whole stay and also no kettle. Free street parking by the hotel, we were there during off season so always managed to find a parking near to the hotel."
