The hotel is strategically located, a quiet place in the middle of the hustle and bustle, not far from the bar corridor and commercial street, and not far from the seaside. The reception at the hotel's front desk is warm, the interior decoration is modern, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is rich.

Was there for work, everything was perfect. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Rooms and facilities amazing. And the best club sandwich I ever have had! Very relaxing spa area and well equipped gym. Great location and easy access with bus from airport.

On arrival was greeted with warm welcome. Hotel in in a great position easy to get back to . Room was very clean but no natural light and was expensive for size we were disappointed.they did offer to move us but had to be at 2pm and we booked tour. Good breakfast with plenty of choice and great pastries but no chef to make fresh eggs . Restaurant only serves till 16.00 and no room service at all. Rooftop pool and very nice furniture but pool freezing and bar not open till May even in very warm weather Staff very helpful but overall for price expensive for what is bb not hotel

Perfect hotel for our trip to Palma. Arrived at 12 noon, greeted by very friendly staff, was advised our room was available, which was a brilliant start to our stay. The hotel is very modern and clean. We had a room with a terrace and yes it is overlooked by other buildings, but it was great having some outside space and very quiet at night. The bed was super comfy and we slept really well. Bathroom with rain shower, sink and toiletries and a separate toilet. The breakfast was a buffet, with so much choice from smoked salmon, cereals, pastries, cakes, fresh fruit, yoghurts, meats, cheese, fresh breads and a section with bacon, eggs, sausage, beans, hash browns and pancakes! The hotel is in a great location for exploring Palma, everything in walking distance. Overall a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel 😊

Great hotel, fresh, modern clean. Good location, 3 min walk from the airport bus stop. 15/20 minute walk to the cathedral. Just across the river from the hotel there is a great selection of lively Spanish bar’s & restaurants. Lots of lovely shops, El Court Ingles, etc etc Reception, bar and cafeteria are beautiful. It’s fabulous to be able to relax by the roof top pool after spending time sightseeing and the spa is an absolute bonus! All the staff, were friendly, helpful, professional, couldn’t do enough to make your stay comfortable & enjoyable. Breakfast was very good, excellent selection of fresh fruit, yogurts, pastries and hot choices, eggs, bacon etc. We stayed as part of an easyJet package. Very impressed, would definitely return.

Friendly and welcoming staff. The hotel has a spa, sauna, gym, swimming, car park, and of the course the amazing breakfast buffet! Will definitely be returning to this hotel when we visit Palma again!

A superb hotel, which is very well located, not far from the Cathedral. The rooms are extremely modern with fun interior and sustainable materials. The breakfast selection is rich, with cheeses and meats updated regularly. The staff are very friendly and happy to assist with any issue you may have. You’ll enjoy both an indoor and a rooftop pool - true luxury!

Eine Woche in einem Hotel erlaubt schon eine fundierte Bewertung, für das Protur Naisa fällt sie positiv aus. Die Lage ist sehr gut, nahe dem quirligen Catalina-Viertel zum Ausgehen, aber auch schnell zu Fuß in der Stadt. Für einen Kaffee oder Drink am Yachthafen geht man 15 Minuten, ebenso zur Plaza España. Es war ruhig auf unserer Etage und wir konnten sehr gut schlafen. Das Zimmer ist größer als in anderen Stadthotels in Palma, die wir kennen. Es gibt eine schöne Dachterrasse mit Lounge Möbeln zum Entspannen. Das Personal am Empfang war ausnahmslos freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut, nur die Teeauswahl könnte qualitativ besser sein. Den Wellnessbereich kann ich nicht beurteilen, wir waren immer unterwegs. Wenn wir wieder in Palma sind, kommen wir wieder hierher.

Wir haben hier 5 Nächte über Silvester verbracht. Hier stimmt es wirklich rundherum! Sehr nettes Service Team an der Rezeption und im Frühstücksbereich. Stets freundliche, kümmern sich mit großer Herzlichkeit um die Gäste, das ist wirklich hervorzuheben. Die Zimmer super sauber, modern und ruhig. Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet bietet für jeden etwas. Ständig wird nachgelegt und die Platten ausgetauscht. Rooftop Pool und Liegen an sonnigen Tagen! Rundum viele Möglichkeiten zum Ausgehen und der Flughafen Bus Eintsieg direkt um die Ecke. In die Altstadt 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
