This was a quick trip but the hotel was very nice inside. The room was great for and us and very comfortable with great views over the harbour. There was construction works happening on the outside (front) but that didn’t really matter to us as we were only there for the weekend. The pool was a nice temperature on a hot day and although we couldn’t get a sunbed (arrived at the pool around lunch time) we had a lovely breakfast and the ice cold beer definitely helped us to relax.
The nightlife around the hotel can be a little loud due to the number of sports/Irish bars near by and it made the walk home from the city interesting. However the atmosphere was good and we didn’t mind at all. If you had kids then it could be a little intimidating I would think.
We also checked in very late (after midnight) which wasn’t a problem at all and we got our room straight away
Overall we’d definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel well maintained, everything very good with the room, only the works on the seafront had a lot of dust in the place.

Firstly the following does not reflect the front staff.
Arrived to find the front entrance under construction and no area to park to check in, no instructions to the parking garage which was located behind the building and had to travel many blocks to find it. Had to carry my own bags up 3 flights of stairs as no elevator in garage and no where to park in front of hotel to unload the bags. Next the bed in our room was on an old cheap spring frame (not a box sping matress) that would squeak very loudly when you moved. Not what was expected at a Meila propery( maybe at a cheap 1 star property.) Went front desk to try and get a room with a proper box sping matress to be able to get a decent nights rest,only option was to upgrade our room at our expense of and addional 50 euros per night. The front staff tried their best to help us out. These failures fall on the hotel management and Melia.

WOW WOW WOW! What an amazing hotel, 5* Customer Service, 5* food & drinks, 5* rooms!!!!!!!! When we arrived we checked straight in quite late and were told the Level Bar was still open for us to be able to get a night cap - we didn't need telling twice! Upon settling down to sleep, we became aware the air conditioning wasn't working and with a young baby was rather uncomfortable, we mentioned this in the morning and we immediately offered a room upgrade to a Solarium room with terrace, direct access to pool and bali beds, we were also given a fan to ease anymore uncomfortable nights. On the last night a group of about 20 girls checked in for a hen do and although were not all in one room, decided to gather and celebrate in the room next to ours totally fine and what a lovely place to celebrate, we would normally have joined them however we did want to make sure with a baby that we did get some sleep back down to reception where we were immediately moved again - no hassle and no questions asked. The staff at the Melia - Palma Marina could not do enough for us, special thanks goes out to Pilar Rueda, Guest Experience Manager, so polite, attentive and checked on us all the time. As a travel agent it is lovely to have experienced this exceptional service to be able to promote this hotel as 100% 5* all the way. Thank You again for your kindness we had an amazing relaxing stay.

Hotel sin aire condicionado porque por dirección apagado !! La respuesta de la recepción era hace una ventana !! Habitación de level una pérdida dinero en este hotel . Hay hoteles de Meliá con mucho mejor servido de level . Desayuno de level un menos 10 nada como otros hoteles que si e dan servicio!! Por falta de servicio y muy pobre desayuno nos fuimos al buffet general pero el personal sin ganas de trabajar y especialmente que feria las tortillas y los huevos ! Sal y pimienta en un bol que cutre para un hotel de 4 estrellas!!! Aquí falta que pasa una inspección de sanidad !! Después de quejar nos llevaron a otro hotel el próximo día que si era un hotel en condiciones !! Aquí pueden aprender cómo se trata a los clientes !! Esta hotel es para masa turismo no se preocupas por los clientes , Meliá perdió mucho el los últimos años en servicio!! Ahora voy más NH hoteles donde saben a cuidar sus clientes!! Este hotel nada recomendable y más level una pérdida de dinero !!!!!

Experiencia nefasta, mi famila me regalaron una noche en una habitación the Level, me dijeron que me pondrian un obsequio de cumpleaños y al llegar a la habitación no había nada de esto pero para mi asombro si encontré unos calcetines sucios de otro cliente junto con las toallas, al salir de la ducha veo el lavabo lleno de papel sucio. Nos quisieron compensar con una habitación superior cuando no lo era ni económicamente ni visualmente superior a la que teníamos. Volvimos a la misma habitación y seguían los calcetines allí.El desayuno The Level no tiene nada que desear te lo pintan como marcas premiun pero no asi.Lo mejor fue la atención de Cristina en el restaurante Moss y Alejandro de la recepción The Level.

As expected. Good hotel with fantastic views. Stayed at the Melia next door last year and the roadworks haven’t really improved but thankfully didn’t impact too much on our stay. Booked the level which was definitely worth it for drinks and snacks. Pool still very cold and was a bit of a fight for sunbeds. Breakfast was ok. Not as good as the hotel next door but the usual offerings. Flies around the pastries though so avoided them. Would I stay again. Maybe but the Melia next door had the edge because of the breakfast.

The parking is on the -3 floor whilst the reception is on -1. The elevator doesn’t work and you are not told about this so you have to carry your bags up 2 flights of stairs. You have to pay 25€ per day for this pleasure. The hotel is advertised as with air conditioning, however the air conditioning is only turned on at certain times of the year. Not ideal for the time when the seasons are changing. The heating doesn’t work either, even if I wanted to use it. There was a receipt from the laundry company left inside the bed.
