WOW WOW WOW! What an amazing hotel, 5* Customer Service, 5* food & drinks, 5* rooms!!!!!!!! When we arrived we checked straight in quite late and were told the Level Bar was still open for us to be able to get a night cap - we didn't need telling twice! Upon settling down to sleep, we became aware the air conditioning wasn't working and with a young baby was rather uncomfortable, we mentioned this in the morning and we immediately offered a room upgrade to a Solarium room with terrace, direct access to pool and bali beds, we were also given a fan to ease anymore uncomfortable nights. On the last night a group of about 20 girls checked in for a hen do and although were not all in one room, decided to gather and celebrate in the room next to ours totally fine and what a lovely place to celebrate, we would normally have joined them however we did want to make sure with a baby that we did get some sleep back down to reception where we were immediately moved again - no hassle and no questions asked. The staff at the Melia - Palma Marina could not do enough for us, special thanks goes out to Pilar Rueda, Guest Experience Manager, so polite, attentive and checked on us all the time. As a travel agent it is lovely to have experienced this exceptional service to be able to promote this hotel as 100% 5* all the way. Thank You again for your kindness we had an amazing relaxing stay.
