We have never been received so warmly in a hotel as in the Posada Terra Santa. This friendliness, the beautiful rooms and the great location in the middle of the old town made our stay the perfect Mallorca experience. We'd love to come back.

Everything about this hotel is incredible from the moment you walk in to the location. the staff are utterly insane and they hand you a glass of Cava when you check in so life could not get any better

Excellent in every way. Private spa which can be booked free of charge. Beautiful , clean rooms (102). Large roof terrace with pool. Delicious breakfast. What sets the hotel apart is the staff. Superb in every way. They cannot do enough for you. At this price point their value far exceeds the price . You are made to feel so special. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you

A fantastic boutique hotel a stones throw from the center of Palma. The roof terrace is serene and the staff in particular are attentive and welcoming. Rooms are spacious and the breakfast was delicious.

This was our 4th visit in 18 months which says it all - staff, superb breakfast, amazing dinner, lovely room. Great location for Palma old town and beyond. The main transport hub of buses and trains is also with walking distance of the hotel. Until the next time…….

What a beautiful boutique hotel! Great location, lovely staff and perfect for a city break. The hotel is in easy reach of cafes & restaurants, the marina, the cathedral and city centre. We managed to walk everywhere. Only a short taxi drive from the airport. The hotel has a lovely terrace and fabulous indoor pool with sauna. The staff went out of their way to make our wedding anniversary celebration special by decorating our room and leaving us a bottle of wine and chocolates. Thank you. We would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again in the near future.

Wir lieben dieses Hotel und die Mitarbeiter einfach! Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und immer wieder kommen! Das Hotel wurde kürzlich renoviert und sieht jetzt noch schöner aus als vorher. Tolles Frühstück, schöne Zimmer und eine sehr gute Lage in der Altstadt.

Tolles kleines Boutique Hotel mitten in der Altstadt, zentrale aber sehr ruhige Lage. Die über den Winter erfolgte Renovation des gesamten Hauses gefällt uns sehr. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, alles in allem haben wir einmal mehr von einem exzellenten persönlichen Service profitiert. Es war nicht unser erster Aufenthalt in der Posada Terra Santa und wird nicht unser Letzter sein.
