Service: A welcome drink was given and the luggage was sent upstairs.
Environment: City center, good location. The hotel itself is not big, and the room is not big either, but it is enough to spread out two suitcases.

Beautiful boutique hotel, very clean and well appointed. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Ideally locate in the old town. We stayed in a double deluxe room in order to be able to have the option of twin beds as it was a mother and daughter trip. Lovely Mollton Brown products in the bathroom, Illy coffee machine in the room and a kettle upon request so we could make tea. Minibar very well stocked. We enjoyed a nice glass of cava as a welcome drink. Continental breakfast was fresh and plentiful with the option of scrambled eggs. Would stay again if in Palma.

This hotel is perfectly situated in historic Palma. You can easily stroll to the Cathedral, the beachfront walkway or the Pg. Born. And within blocks of the hotel there are what felt like an unlimited number of restaurant options including tapas and evening entertainment. The accommodations are well appointed and comfortable. The staff is welcoming and helpful and can help guide you throughout your visit to Palma and Mallorca. The breakfast option in the hotel restaurant was simply the perfect way to start our days, with gluten free options if you need them.

BO hotel is well located. Good service and very nice and comfortable rooms. Very nice staff people and friendly. Breakfast is very good and a nice choice. Rooms are super clean. Excellent location for shopping dining out and a nice walk around the marinas aswell. Will go again

What i did not like was that the room was hot and AC was set to heating. Nothing to do with the hotel as by this time they switch to heating.all the rest was amazing

Das Personal war so unglaublich freundlich, das ist ned mehr Normal. Immer nett und verständnisvoll. Das Penthaus und der Jacuzzi waren auch sehr gut. Abends in der Sonne zu sitzen war so schön, da man auch die schön beleuchtete Kathedrale sehen konnte. GEHT DA HIN

Tolle Lage, gut ausgestattete Zimmer, super freundliches Personal, rooftop Terrasse mit Jacuzzi . Von hier aus kommt man schnell zu den besten Restaurants oder auch in jeden Shop. Mit dem Taxi ist man in 10 min. am Flughafen. Immer wieder gerne!
