The overall style of the hotel is good, and the location is also very good, that is, you must pay special attention to booking ordinary standard rooms. Some rooms have very high windows. If you want to see outside, you have to step on a stool and feel imprisoned. I changed to a big room with a balcony because of this, but I paid an extra 40 euros every day, and ended up with more than 3,000 yuan per night. It felt very expensive, but I didn't want to find a hotel with my luggage anymore.

I just recommend NAKAR hotel for your stay in Las Palmas. Perfect center city situation, a smily and so pro team, a very special roof-top swimming-pool and and I had a totally quiet and confortable room.

We had a very good stay at the Nakar. Staff were friendly and professional, food was good - both at breakfast (good omelettes and cava) and dinner at Cuit which was also reasonably priced - for instance Euro 20 for a bottle of Verdejo. The rooftop pool is small and there is no shade - but the views are great. They don't have a dedicated bar - the space is shared with the restaurant - but if the weather is good you could use the rooftop and there were usually some areas where you could go for a drink even if the restaurant was open. The room was clean, comfortable, well equipped and remarkably quiet - two sets of double glazing meant that there was little or no noise from the street. Would thoroughly recommend it.

Ok the pluses first. Good location, mostly nice staff, good breakfast, grest shower and lovely rooftop pool However, I won't return. The reason for this is that you hear noise from all the other rooms due to the concrete and wooden floors. I stayed for 3 nights and was allocated Room 28 which is right next to the lifts. I had a sleepless night for 3 reasons. The noise of people coming out of the lifts and chatting. The noise from a loud couple next door who were shouting until 1:30am. Most annoyingly was the noise from Reception staff and customers downstairs as there is no sound proofing to the Reception area. I asked very politely if I could move for the next 2 nights and a lovely young lady on Reception arranged this. I was then in Room 47 which was a lot quieter. However at about 6am there was a terrible smell of bad eggs that was coming up through the drain in the shower. The smell was so bad I had to prop open my bedroom door. I felt queasy for some time. So there you have it. The pics are nice but the reality is not so good.

Hotel donde todo el personal cuida hasta el mínimo detalle. Trato excecional. Excelente ubicación y a la vez tranquilo y silencioso. Habitaciones son estupendas. La terraza es espectacular con un diseño y unas vistas inmejorables. Yo repito siempre!

We travelled back top Palma with friends and stayed again at Nakar. As usual an excellent stay, great staff , rooms are great with large beds and wonderful linen. The rooftop pool area was a delight.
