This hotel didn’t start off great but they soon changed my perception! The manager Kapil Yadav is an excellent front desk manager. He knows how to treat his guests and make them feel special. Ashish Dubey gave us great service at their dinning facilities. I was extremely impressed by the staff here .

I went in for a leisure trip for a night, room was okay, asked for higher floor they could not give, asked for towels they could not give, service is not that great but overall okay at the price

Rooms were smaller then seen in the pictures. There was no dental kit and when we asked for extra towels the room service person told us that there are towels alredy, as if we can't get extra towels.... Overall experience was good but can be improved.

Team took care of us for start of our Delhi Kasmir trip, Jitender, Ankit & Sanjeev ensured my allergic kid was always full, Room services were perfect. Above all a fantastic experience thanks to hotel run by Mr Manjeet Gole. One of the best start to our holidays

Staff is nice and cooperative. Anita at front desk was very friendly and polite. Gym equipments were maintained. Breakfast in restaurant was good. Checkin and check out time was quick. Room service was pretty quick. I have ordered food in room and it was delivered fast.

Comfort, Convience, Location, Food, Staff Behaviour, Swimming Pool, Continental Food & Indian Food. Everything you need to experience while traveling. Metro station nearby, pubs and clubs as well crafted beer by brew house live music & etc.
