I went to this hotel with my wife and kid. I had a below-average experience at this hotel. Upon check-in, the front office staff were not good or professional, except for Mr. Vishnu, who is a polite and well-behaved ***. I stayed in a SUITE ROOM, but the AC was not working. I requested assistance from the front desk, but the person who came to check the issue was unable to help. I had to rely on the FAN the whole night. The housekeeping service was below average and very slow in responding to our requests. Overall, the property is spacious and good, but the housekeeping staff should be more punctual and professional to meet the 4-star standard. Breakfast and dinner were average.

As soon as you enter the spec and clean property, you get the signature citrusy smell of Lemon Tree Hotels. Making your mind relaxed and calm. The food at Lemon Tree Hotels is always delicious and this time the Tiramisu and Moong Daal Halwa were flavorful and yummy. Kudos to Chef Deepak Joshi Ji and team for such amazing dishes and the love with which they served us making the experience and food even more delightful. Deepak Ji was also very humble and well read, knowing all about the dishes being served and guests' likeness. We believe that it is the people which make a property good or bad. Same happened with us. Mohd Arish, our server, was very kind and even offered us a tasty coffee on the house completing our and ritual of having coffee after dinner. Simply amazing! A Lemon Tree never disappoints in any case!

Hotel place too gud I met chef abhishek in restaurant i really appreciated chef abhishek in busy breakfast time he meet me and give best service and I really thanks service team as well I really enjoy breakfast I come again and I invite my friend as well here.

The food was outstanding .Kamal and Manisha served us very nicely.I was surprised seeing that some desserts were vegetarian that other restaurants does not offer .We had a wonderful experience.I highly recommended this hotel to all of you.

overall comfortable stay. i will recommend this hotel to everyone. services given by hotel team specially Mr vinay shukla (restaurant manager)at citrus cafe is very courteous and prompt in service. food is very delicious. ambiance is very cool.

Amazing experience... Excellent hospitality.. Staffs are good and welcoming... Specially the food and beverage in citrus restaurant my wife loved it. Special thanks to chef abhishek who suggested us to try food from the menu to enjoy and it was really delicious.. Later on chef abhishek personally meet us and took the feedback. It was a great experience overall.

Amazing experience, from food to stay! The staff especially was very polite and helpful! Chef is very good. We were travelling with the baby and it was very convenient. Me and my family had an amazing stay. Highly recommended, 10/10 service.

This hotel staff very gud special I mentioned front office staff Aman and I met in breakfast chef Abhishek he take feedback how's ur breakfast I tell him that dosa making chef Kamal make for me delicious masala dosa then I ordered to chef Abhishek make for me Spanish egg I not expect from chef he make for me traditional Spanish eggs i really like to come again this citrus restaurant and meet to chef Abhishek again it's very good and give very fast service and service manager vinay he also nice guy .

We came for birthday celebration of my nephew..met chef Abhishek and Vinay from service .. all buffet food and other items were delicious ..service was also good..well done to chef and his team... we would like to come again in citrus restaurant ..👍
