The hotel is great, beautifully made, hygeinic, pool was clean as well and the staff is very polite. The food is delicious as well, any deliveries from blinkit and outside orders are also allowed (though you'll have to go to the lobby to collect them). Darshan, Arish, Manisha love doing their work and gave a great service.

The rooms are super comfortable, food is fine however the staff is amazing specially manisha and vinay at the citrus cafe and aman vikas at the front desk. The pickup drop service is also great. Keep up the good work. Would like to stay here again

The hotel is good and staff were nice,manisha and kamal were helpful. Overall the hotel experience was good,its a good hotel for most of the family to experience here so everyone must give a try to experience this hotel with your family and friends

I am having all time refreshing experience with the beautiful fragrance all around at this hotel.Room is well cleaned and comfortable with all the facilities.I booked executive room with balcony .i like swimming pool and it’s neat experience.Food in citrus tastes good with variety .staff is very helpful and serving.i was served at the citrus cafe with delicious food and beverages . Staff is polite especially Mr Arish Mr Vinay Shukla , chef sumit at citrus cafe

I stayed at hotel 🍋 🌲 gurgaon sector 60 gurgaon haryana. It was a comfortable stay. Services are very quick and prompt. Room size is good for business travellers. Food taste is very good specially at citrus. Vinay Shukla and his team at citrus cafe is very good in giving excellent services . Definitely I will visit again.

I went to this hotel with my wife and kid. I had a below-average experience at this hotel. Upon check-in, the front office staff were not good or professional, except for Mr. Vishnu, who is a polite and well-behaved ***. I stayed in a SUITE ROOM, but the AC was not working. I requested assistance from the front desk, but the person who came to check the issue was unable to help. I had to rely on the FAN the whole night. The housekeeping service was below average and very slow in responding to our requests. Overall, the property is spacious and good, but the housekeeping staff should be more punctual and professional to meet the 4-star standard. Breakfast and dinner were average.

As soon as you enter the spec and clean property, you get the signature citrusy smell of Lemon Tree Hotels. Making your mind relaxed and calm. The food at Lemon Tree Hotels is always delicious and this time the Tiramisu and Moong Daal Halwa were flavorful and yummy. Kudos to Chef Deepak Joshi Ji and team for such amazing dishes and the love with which they served us making the experience and food even more delightful. Deepak Ji was also very humble and well read, knowing all about the dishes being served and guests' likeness. We believe that it is the people which make a property good or bad. Same happened with us. Mohd Arish, our server, was very kind and even offered us a tasty coffee on the house completing our and ritual of having coffee after dinner. Simply amazing! A Lemon Tree never disappoints in any case!
