This is the best place to start and finish ha Giang loop! Avoid dirty hostels and home stays and spend your time in a wonderful garden with stunning Mountain Views. Bungalows are spacious super clean with water pressure and hot water.it is 6im from the center of the town but taxi costs only 100 vnd and they offer lift to bus station after check out! Food is more than decent and cheap! Relax here after those days on the motorbike

nothing to criticize. because really everything here is very good. The hostel is beautiful, the food is delicious and extremely clean. I have been to many homestays in Ninh Binh and Sapa but this is the place that left the most impression on me. The people here are extremely friendly. They welcome you very openly and thoughtfully. that's all you need.

The location of Yen Bien Luxury hotel and right centralized at the Ha Giang city. It is the upscale choice of the Day 0 stay before the Loop trip. The final day stay is upscale. The grand lobby is luxury. The suite room is big. The breakfast is the better one among the town. The city square, 0km landmark, riverside restaurants, museum, are in walking distance. The bath room and toilet are luxury. Warm Water pressure comes fast. Cool and Warm conditioner is equipped. Suite room has 2 tv sets. The corner room is 55m2 large, which can overview the Lo river and the hills. The distance to the bus station is a few minutes taxi driving. The pool is the better one in town.

The location was a bit off the main street, but everything else was wonderful. Especially the owner's family was very kind. On the night I was taking the bus back to Hanoi, I had some time to spare before departure, so I wandered around and when I came back, the owner was waiting to have dinner together. They asked me where I had been, which was very touching. And when it was time for the bus, they even drove me to the bus stop. I tried to give them a tip as an apology, but they refused to take it and just said 'Come again'

GGuest UserOne of the nicer hostels I’ve stayed at for sure! Love love love the wooden bunk bed frames and the beds themselves are huge and comfy. The dorm rooms are also nice and spacious and there’s a balcony with a table and chairs overlooking the street. The linens and blankets smell fantastic and there are THREE bathrooms, each with glass-walled showers. Each bed has a light and charging points and there is a stack of towels available, along with a hairdryer, slippers, and lockers with keys. Very convenient location, just a couple hundred meters to the local market and river walkway, and directly across the river there is a small mountain to walk or dive up with stunning views of the city.

GGuest User- The rooms are spacious and clean, there is a place for clean and safe cars. - The location is on the city center road, convenient for travel. - The view of the 3rd intersection of the Lo River is very beautiful and poetic - There are few staff so no people to move things when guests check-in check-out - There is a breakfast buffet but few dishes

TTTNZThe Ha Giang Riverside Hostel is an excellent place to begin and end a Loop tour. My friend and I did the tour, arranged through Lily's Travel in Hanoi ( see seperate review) with all local Ha Giang service provided by Riverside Hostel. This included a pick up service from the bus station, after arriving by sleeper bus. Binh from Riverside Hostel collected us at 3:00a.m from the bus station, amazing service! We were then able to sleep until morning, shower and have a delicious breakfast before heading off to do the Loop with our two Easy Riders, also arranged by Riverside Hostel. At the completion of the tour we were dropped back at Riverside to await the bus back to Hanoi. Binh was friendly and helpful even at 3:00am, and in the morning Logan and Paul chatted with us over breakfast and informed us of all arrangements. After the Loop ride we were welcomed back as friends. The Hostel is basic, but clean and comfortable with a lovely back deck overlooking the river where you eat breakfast. But it's the service that makes this place a stand-out! Highly recommended as your starting and ending place for the Loop, they will look after you and help make your amazing trip even more so!.
