I was well received. It's a pity that communication with Trip was poor, but they handled it well. Excellent location near the center and parking garage nearby. Excellent room with free WiFi and good TV. Only I think the breakfast is very pricey for what I got

Excellent stay because of EXCELLENT staff. Made us feel at home as soon as we walked in the door. Clean, quiet but still in the heart of the city. Will absolutely stay there again.

It was a great spot close to the train station and shoppings, places to eat. The layout of the room could be better and having no mini fridge made things a bit harder

I spent two very comfortable nights at the niu Dairy. The room was well laid out, very clean, and felt spacious after the small hotel room in Amsterdam. Bed was great and the bathroom modern and spotless. Good location, just a short walk to the historic center of Haarlem or the train station. Was also convenient to the stop for the bus from Amsterdam. Front desk staff were very helpful.

Ik heb hier een aangenaam verblijf gehad. Mijn hotelkamer had een fijne badkamer, ruime douche en tevens een heerlijk bed. Het was wel een 2-persoonsbed maar dan met 2x een 1-persoonsdekbedje. Ontbijt was goed voorzien en tevens ook tot 11.00 wat erg prettig was. Vriendelijk ingecheckt door de meneer achter de receptie en tevens bar. Het enige minpuntje was dat je de muziek op de gang vrij goed hoort op de kamer waar ik sliep (001). Er hangt een plafond speaker dicht naast de ingang van de hotelkamer. De receptionist had deze begin nacht heel vriendelijk zachter gezet maar het personeel van de ochtend heeft het natuurlijk weer op normaal volume gezet. Daardoor eerder wakker dan de bedoeling was. Verder niets aan te merken aan dit hotel, kan het zeer aanbevelen, net zoals de Rose :).

We were greeted by a friendly receptionist who stored our luggage and provided a map of Haarlem to while away a few hours before afternoon check in. The room was quiet, bed was firm, and had everything we needed. Breakfast was too pricey at 20 euros per person, so we opted to eat out for far less.

Hotel moderno in posizione particolarmente felice, che coniuga la prossimità al centro città (raggiungibile attraversando un ponte), ad un contesto silenzioso, che abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato, avendo soggiornato ad Haarlem proprio nel weekend della festa del re. Stanza piccola, ma pulitissima e ben organizzata, con un letto molto comodo. Per il prezzo pagato (oltre € 200 a notte senza colazione), ritengo la stanza dovrebbe essere dotata di una macchina per il caffè, che abbiamo trovato negli altri hotel di fascia analoga durante il nostro viaggio in Olanda.
