"We stayed here when we got married in Haarlem. It is a perfect location, close to airport bus, train station and city centre. The hotel looks very nice and so did the room. The living room is a handy addition for coffee and tea and relaxing. The fresh cookies and boterkoek were a nice touch. There were a few things that made this experience a bit less great. Firstly, we arrived late and would have loved to have dinner at the beautiful looking restaurant. Unfortunately, it was completely booked.It would be nice if they could reserve a spot for guest staying at the hotel (or email about this). Secondly, we had the ask for room service and new towels. Thirdly, the room itself (Presidential suite) could do with a make up mirror with dedicated light. The atmosphere lighting in the room is really nice but the lighting makes it really difficult for make up wedding preparations. There is neither a tall mirror which we would have benefitted from. Lastly, where our family staying at another hotel received a personal card regarding them staying for our wedding, we didn't receive anything. It would have nice to receive a personal greeting and some little flowers in the room about this being our special day. Just a personal touch to make this experience even more special."

"Overall, the stay was satisfactory, especially the hotel facilities and front desk service, which left a good impression. I particularly enjoyed the space where you could freely make coffee and tea, which added a lot of comfort to the trip. 💯 However, we booked a double room, but upon arrival we found it was made up of two single beds joined together. This made it easy to fall between the beds, affecting our sleep. 💡 Hopefully, they will provide true double beds in the future, which would make the stay even more perfect."

"Hotel and room not what we expected. Bedroom had drapes but no sheers or shades. View was of old, distressed homes. Spiral staircase, was steep and in disrepair. Staff was very helpful."

"Not bad, very clean, the only drawback is that the bed is a bit small, it is close to the road and it will be noisy if you are jet-lagged in the morning. It is close to the park and is good for running in the morning..."

"The staff were very friendly to us. There wasn't a room ready at the time we arrived, but they asked if we'd like to upgrade and go straight to a room, which we did. We were traveling by motorcycle, so it was beneficial to have parking right under the hotel. It was very central, so we walked everywhere."
