As always we love this hotel .Great reception girls .Breakfast too expensive though .We will return again next year .Good location with plenty restaurants nearby .The staff are very helpful and not intrusive .Comfy beds but not a double .Quiet room at the back of hotel .Nice and peaceful .

The Ambassador is a very good base for your visit to Haarlem, the reception and ground floor area is lovely and a lot of effort and work put into it, but the bedrooms are tired and in serious need of work. The carpets need replacing some art work in the rooms would make a difference. With all this said the staff were pleasant and anything that was asked of them they did their best to accommodate. A special thank you to Evelyn in the restaurant, my mother is gluten intolerant and Evelyn took very good care of her

We spent 3 nights in the hotel over Kings day celebration weekend. The location is amazing! Right next to the city center. There are many good restaurants, cafes, bars nearby. Room was comfortable and spacious. Great showers recently renovated!The only downside was breakfast. Food was a bit basic.

Great location in the square by the church, the high street shops and all the old town bars and restaurants are close by. Restaurant and bar is very smart and the staff are very friendly. The reception staff were very polite and helpful on checking in and out. No hotel parking but the parking garage is very close by but at a cost of about 33 euros a day. The rooms, and corridors upstairs are all very tired, and a bit grubby although there was quite a bit of work going on during our stay so they may be refurbishing. Room cleanliness not good, nail clippings from a previous guest on the carpet and ants on the side.
