This is an absolutely charming hotel, the staff both the owners and housekeepers were kind and more than willing to help. Truly a unique experience as well seeing as the hotel is so small and personal.

Als kleine Familie suchten wir eine sehr gut aber auch individuell ausgestattete Herberge als Ausgangspunkt für Haarlem, Amsterdam und Zandvoort. Das alles haben wir vorgefunden. Darüber hinaus gab es noch eine außergewöhnliche exklusive Atmosphäre in einem schlossähnlichem Ambiente mit Privatterrasse, ausgezeichnetem Frühstück direkt aufs Zimmer und ohne ＞Zeitstress, sowie hervorragende Fahrräder! Das alles von einem überaus freundlichen Vermieter, der rundum die Uhr ansprechbar war, das hat uns wirklich begeistert! Deshalb kommen wir jederzeit und immer wieder gerne. Danke für die hervorragende und supernette Gastfreundschaft!

Wij zijn een fijn weekend hier geweest. Super kamer, lekker ruim en fantastische bedden. De kamer was ontzettend schoon. En wat een service. Fietsen werden geregeld zodat we en naar het strand konden en even het centrum van Haarlem in, ideaal. Nogmaals dank aan de manager voor de service, alle tips en de heerlijke ontbijtjes!

Vanwege ziekte van mij en partner, konden we niet meer gaan. eigenaar was niet flexibel om hierin (ook met extra kosten), de boeking om te zetten naar een ander moment. Eigenaar gaf aan dat hij dag eerder ook al afmeldingen had (totaal nutteloze info voor mij). We zouden het geld van fietshuur terugkrijgen, maar ook daar moest ik achteraan bellen om het terug te krijgen. Bij het boeken een vraag gesteld over eerder reserveren fietsen. Daar nooit een reactie op ontvangen. Ik krijg het gevoel dat ze met minimale inzet, maximaal willen verdienen. Totaal geen goed gevoel bij.

Het is een fantastisch gezellig en mooi boutique-hotel net buiten het centrum van Haarlem. De inrichting is sfeervol en de verzorging is uitstekend. De ontvangst is digitaal maar na het ontmoeten van de gastheer kunnen wij alleen maar zeggen: warme ontvangst en goed gastheerschap. Het ontbijt is uitstekend en wordt uitgeserveerd in je kamer. Het hotel ligt aan een doorgaande weg direct naar het centrum op 3 minuutjes rijden. Echt aan te bevelen. Johan de Rooij
