Het hotel heeft een luxe uitstraling, de medewerkers zijn zeer vriendelijk en ondanks dat we een uur eerder arriveerden was er wel al een kamer beschikbaar. De kamer en badkamer waren netjes en schoon. De matrassen en de kussens waren goed stevig, precies zoals ik het graag zie. Daarnaast waren er voldoende gratis parkeerplaatsen. De bushalte voor de bus naar het centrum is heel dichtbij, ideaal!
De service in de hotelbar kan beter. Er was geen oog voor de gasten die binnenkwamen, men werd niet verwelkomd en je moest zelf een kelner wenken om iets te drinken te krijgen. Daarnaast moesten we redelijk lang op ons drankje wachten. Ambiance is wel prima.

Prachtige locatie, heerlijk gegeten! Vriendelijk personeel, fijne service. Mooie omgeving. Echt genoten van het heerlijke eten, zou het iedereen aanbevelen om hier te uiteten te gaan met vrienden, familie of als leuke date met je schatje.

Heb hier 1 nacht verbleven inclusief ontbijt. Goed geslapen! Een hele mooie ruime deluxe+ kamer met goed bed, goede verduistering en een bank. Geen herrie op de gang. Badkamer sfeervol en modern ingericht met zeer ruime wastafel en erg prettige douche. Tevens voldoende handdoeken aanwezig. Ontbijt zeer ruim met voldoende plekken en van alles voorzien voor ieders behoefte.

Dit was altijd een prima hotel, het zit nu vol met asielzoekers die over de parkeerplaats heen banjeren. Ook in het hotel zelf is het een komen en gaan van vage types. Ik word hier niet vrolijk van. Ze vragen premium prijzen voor een waardeloze ervaring. Wegblijven is mijn advies!

We did an emergency dash to see an elderly relative leaving on Christmas Day evening & driving through the night, to see them on Boxing Day morning, so we were very glad we were allowed to check in a little early after our visit, so we could get some sleep. We were also pleased that the chef prepared us a meal for dinner that we had in the bar, when the hotel was holding a Festive Buffet & a 5 course dinner for 100's of people due to it being Christmas.

kamer mooi ,lijkt nieuw ,groot, comfortabel, goede bedden, mooie sauna, goed restaurant. Wij waren niet in haarlem voor toerisme, moesten daar een nacht zijn, het hotel was voor ons boven verwachting
