My husband and I stayed in the new building.We chose a room with a sofa because sitting on tatami for long periods of time was tough.The living room was made of Ryukyu tatami and the bed was raised a step above the floor, giving it a very modern Japanese feel. It was good. The toilet was on the left side of the WASHROOM and the unit bath was on the right side. Dinner and breakfast venues were changed, and it was also nice to eat while looking at the Japanese and Western gardens. Soaking in the open-air hot spring bath made you feel like you were in a mansion. I was able to feel it strongly.The customer service attitude was also very comfortable.

Hot spring water flowed from the faucet in the room and burned my face.I'm glad my child wasn't there.They said it was their first accident, so I forgave them with just a steamed bun and an apology from the old man at the reception, but when I got home. There was a review about a similar burn a year ago.If a similar accident had happened beforehand, they could have given a verbal warning, but the apology was just too good to be true.This is the worst inn I've ever been to. I think this is a ryokan that is run by a liar, so it's questionable whether the ingredients in the hot springs are properly tested.I wrote a negative review last year, but it was deleted without me knowing, so I think this review will be deleted again. I think so. I'll write it again and again if it gets deleted. Everyone, please be careful not to get burned when you stay overnight.

A quiet inn right next to the ruins of Hagi Castle, you can enjoy walking around Hagi, including the castle town and the Hagi Museum. There is a Hagiyaki kiln in the castle, so it's a good idea to plan your visit with plenty of time. Since it is in the Sannomaru area, there are no convenience stores nearby, and there are middle and high schools with large school grounds, so it is very quiet at night. There is also a large bathhouse where you can soothe your tiredness. Accommodation plans include accommodation with breakfast included, making it a convenient inn for those traveling by car where the arrival time is uncertain. It is a purveyor to the imperial family, and the facilities, cleanliness of the rooms, and service of the staff are impeccable.
