The room is located on the fire escape, and it is the smallest I have stayed in in the Netherlands. It is advertised as 15 square meters, but in reality it is less than nine square meters. When you open the door, there is a bed. That's it. But I am quite satisfied with the five-star hotel next door.

The location of the hotel was great. All we had to do was walk across the street and then we were on the beach. Unfortunately, the service was very poor. We were there around 1 p.m. and asked if we could check in earlier. This was denied, but we understood this because we were 2 hours early. At 2:45 p.m. we went to reception with our suitcases and wanted to check in (no other hotel has had a problem checking in 15 minutes earlier). The lady told us, very annoyed, that we still had to wait exactly 15 minutes. So then at 2:58 p.m. we just ran up to the reception and the lady told us as we ran there that we were still 2 minutes early! ****************t! I have never experienced anything like it. When we finally managed to check in, we wanted to take the elevator up to our room. We had to wait another 10 minutes for the elevator to come. It was so tiny that the three of us barely fit in with 3 suitcases. Our room had a great view from the balcony, but the mini fridge was broken, there was no coffee maker/tea maker and we didn't even have a wardrobe. The cleanliness was so okay. A little note for those coming by car: the entrance is extremely narrow. With our car (Q3) we barely fit through with the mirrors folded. I wouldn't book this hotel again. For those who just need a place to sleep and for whom everything I have mentioned above is unimportant, the hotel should be suitable due to its great location.

The location was good as it was right in front of the bus stop, and the windows rolled up a lot, which was nice, but there was no trash can in the room. So I got a plastic bag and threw it away. And the room I stayed in didn't close properly when closed from the outside. The staff were very friendly.

Hotel close to the start and finish of the light walk. Breakfast fine but not special. Family room: small and sheets old and not clean. Shower small and like to clean air filter. Price/quality is therefore not entirely in proportion, but a plus is that the dog was allowed to come and not many hotels can offer that or only at ridiculous prices.

I didn't like the fact that you couldn't park for free. I had to park my car in a parking garage and pay €35 for 24 hours of parking. We were given the wrong room and had to make sure we got another room. Pets are allowed in the hotel, but the price per day for our dog was far too much. We paid €30 per day. The breakfast was good.

The location of the hotel is great. You can reach everything very quickly on foot. And a baby bed and a kettle were provided for free. The cleanliness is very bad! There was hair on the floor, a tooth (!!) was in someone's safe. The bed cover was dirty. The balcony was dirty. The refrigerator door was broken, the bathroom door was broken and it was very dusty next to the minibar.

One of the two elevators was broken, so most people had to take the stairs. This was still the case after 3 days. A good maintenance contract for this would yield more than just savings. The breakfast (€18.50 p/p!!) was really not tasty and very little choice. Bread rolls and croissants, for example, were very dry and old. Downright bad breakfast for the top price in this hotel. A breakfast on the boulevard (€9.95) is recommended, because there is more choice, it is fresher and cheaper. The distance to the boulevard is fantastic. Cross the street and you're there!
