"The hotel is a little dated. The room itself was modernly decorated and clean, and I slept perfectly well. However, it looked like someone had left an iron on the curtain for too long, as there was a burnt hole in it. This would be an easy fix by simply replacing the curtain. The breakfast was basic and, for €10, I think it could have been more extensive. But that's just my opinion."

"Good hotel, right in the city center, with a parking garage less than 5 minutes away. For a deluxe room, which we had, I expected more space, more storage, and definitely a mini-fridge (a major drawback). There was no bath, but a walk-in shower, and coffee and tea were also available. The bed was reasonable to good. Excellent breakfast, with lots of variety, a wide selection of bread, fresh fruit, juices, cottage cheese, tasty sandwich spreads, and tasty snacks, but we did miss a trash can on the tables. Check-in was via computer, especially these days (unfortunately), but there was someone available to help if needed, and the staff was friendly. So, a pretty nice hotel, though quite pricey. We dined out."

"Nice hotel with friendly staff. The location is great, right on the beach/boulevard of Scheveningen. There are also plenty of facilities (pool/sauna) to keep you entertained at the hotel. The room was in good order, though it could have been cleaned a bit better. Comfortable beds. The air conditioning didn't work very well; the room was a bit warm. There was enough space in the family room for 4 people. All in all, a pleasant stay and a good (expensive) breakfast."

"I chose this hotel for its proximity to a business dinner and for the rest of the week's events. It was a good choice overall. I was also drawn in by the gym and sauna, but both were closed by the time I returned (9:45 PM). While I can understand that a sauna can't run continuously, I'm more puzzled about the gym. I also hope my car got a good night's sleep. At €35 for 9 hours!!! Anyway, it seemed happy. The breakfast was very basic. When I read "extraordinary breakfast," I expected a lot more fruits and vegetables. I'm a picky vegetarian 🫣. I gave it a try, but I'll be looking elsewhere next time."

"Beautiful and clean hotel with nice rooms! The only downsides are that the room doors close very loudly, which woke us up early every morning due to the constant banging. Also, the shower floor is very slippery, and water flows out into the bathroom during and after showering, keeping it constantly wet. The hotel's location is great! It's close to the Plein, so you can easily walk into the city. And it's on a quiet street, so you're not bothered by the hustle and bustle."

"The front desk is very attentive and the lobby is gigantic. The rooms are spacious and clean. If you need to change bed sheets or towels, they help immediately. Good internet speed, large fridge and kitchen stove. Toilet and shower in separate rooms. 4 washing machines and 3 dryers, all free to use. A small gym, but good enough. Nice air conditioner in the room and ask that you want a washing machine in your room, or else you will get a dishwasher. Great people and wonderful stay."

"The hotel has a beautiful location with great views, and the scenery was one of the highlights of my stay. It’s definitely a place where you can enjoy the surroundings and relax. However, there were a few issues that affected the overall experience. The heating system was inconsistent and didn’t always work properly, which made the room quite cold at times. The elevator was also unreliable, sometimes working and sometimes not, which was inconvenient. In addition, the Wi-Fi was very slow. Thankfully, the staff provided a portable heater, which helped us manage the cold. While the location is excellent, there are some areas that could be improved to make the stay more comfortable."
