Amazing
CCindyTsangThe location is exactly in the town city. Tram is only 1 min away, 2 tram stops away from the centraal station. Perfect location!
The breakfast is great, but without mushrooms and enough fresh fruit. Only bananas and chopped fruits for yoghurt were provided. I love having breakfast in the den. The environment facing the river and the road, and the jazz background music is so relaxing. I don’t like having my breakfast in my room or in the lobby.
Staffs are very friendly and helpful offering help in person about how to use the washing machines and the dryers.
Fitness room is tiny. Dumbbells increase by 2kg from 4kg. The seat of the machine for lap pull is not secure, so I didn’t use it.
In my conclusion, the service is excellent, and room is spacious and new. I would love to come back next time.

JJamesThis hotel is fantastic! The location is perfect. Rooms are comfortable and mine had a nice view overlooking the entire city.
The service is great too. They check with you if your room is ok and constantly ask about the service and ask if you need anything. This is nice.
Everything is close to the hotel including shopping, restaurants and tourist attractions. The local markets that were nearby on Sunday were lovely and full of amazing food and different products and just nice to wander and enjoy the view and environment.
Recommended staying here!

GGuest UserThis is the best, most beautiful and most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in the Netherlands: the room is big enough, with a kitchen, kitchenware, bar, sufficient supplies in the room, and attentive front desk staff. Although I had to change rooms at the beginning because the lock of the first room was broken, it did not affect my love and recommendation for this hotel!
The sunset seen in the room is absolutely amazing, even more beautiful than the one seen on the beach in The Hague! 👍🏼
Extra tips: Residence Inn is right behind Moxy Hotel; in addition, you need to tap the room card to enter and exit the main door (because the lobby is on the 9th floor), and the card tapping station is on the left side of the main door. There is also an intercom above the card tapping station on the left side of the main door for first-time guests. This is worth noting!

OOthman alsalmiI had a fantastic experience staying at Novotel Den Haag City Centre. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and public transport. The staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and always professional.
The room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the quiet environment—perfect for a good night’s rest after a busy day exploring.

The reception was also kind enough to upgrade the computer twin room to a superhero twin room.
The veranda was spacious and nice, but the downside was that the nearby amenities were more than 10 minutes away, but everything was good.

GGuest UserDon’t book the rooms in hot summer days. The air conditioner only provides breeze. Not enough to feel cool in the room. The sink is blocked and water goes down slowly.
Especially, we found the receptionists worked super slow and inefficiently. There was so hot in the reception area without air conditioners. The guests complained waited there over 1 hours to line in the queue and checked in. The receptionist just worked in their own time no matter how long the queue was. The receptionist just repeated same thing to different guests slowly. It took us over 45 mins to check in and no body could do a bit early check-in.
The room is clean and good for students but no for professionals. We would never come back again. W

OOndernemer in VeranderingPrima grote schone kamer (eigen keuze), maar in de toilet nog een laatste papierrest niet doorgespoeld en een lange vrouwenhaar in de douchebak, iehhh! Bedden en kussens heerlijk! Ontbijt grandioos uitgebreid. Lokatie is dicht bij strand maar wel midden op een druk kruispunt, beetje ‘nouja-uitzicht’. Service receptie en restaurant super vriendelijk!

MMiSs TEe 1963I have stayed here many times and this time upon check in there was only one person on..around 1520 hrs. After being on the road from 0900hrs with trains and planes was tired already and waited 1hr at the desk to check in. Unacceptable as 1hr out of my vacation !
Not as comfortable as usual. Beds somewhat harder for me personally
