"Located near the pedestrian street and Chinatown. It's about 10 minutes away from both train stations. There is a supermarket nearby. The soundproofing is good. The room has a large refrigerator and microwave. The room service is poor. If there is no clean sign, the room will not be cleaned. If there is a sign, it will not be cleaned. You can only go to the front desk to get clean towels every day. The garbage has not been cleaned for two days. It feels bad."

"I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic—it was so easy to get around and explore the city. The best part, though, was the peaceful atmosphere. I slept incredibly well, which is always the most important thing for me when I travel. The staff was also top-notch, always friendly and ready to help with anything I needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay."

"Excellent location, especially since I came to see the Girl with a Pearl Earring. It's right next to the Mauritshuis and about a 10-minute walk from The Hague Central Station. There's also a lively bar street not far from the hotel that's bustling at night. The room wasn't huge, but it was clean and tidy, which was a plus. The young blonde woman at the front desk was incredibly friendly and polite, patiently answering all my questions. She really made a great impression of the hotel."

"The hotel room in the villa was great. Do note, however, that it requires climbing two steep, narrow flights of stairs to get to it! This wasn't an issue for us, but it's definitely worth being aware of. They do clearly mention this on their website. The staff were friendly and helpful, and a minor problem we had was promptly and efficiently resolved. The hotel is truly right on the beach, just a 100-meter walk away."

"Ramada is one tran 9 away from Centraal and 10 minutes to the Den Haag pier. The continental breakfast didn’t change much during my weekend stay. There was prosecco Sunday morning as part of the buffet. The one bed room was comfortable and the room amenities, which included a nespresso machine, was more than adequate. Ramada supplies three or four types of pillows and I opted for the lowest pillow available which wasn’t puffed up. The staff allowed me to check in early at noon , which was a big bonus for me. The room was still fairly pricey during off season (November) but Ramada is still an excellent choice for business travelers visiting Den Haag."

"We were there over the weekend and I listed three adults online and booked it.
It was listed as a family room. However, when I arrived, it was a large room with only one king-size bed. Definitely too small for three adults. And the connecting door was closed.
No slippers or bathrobe. We also only had two large towels in the bathroom.
I expected more from a Hilton.
The location is great.
You can park directly below. However, you should book the parking ticket online. It only costs €29.70 for 24 hours."

"Good hotel in relation to location and comfort of rooms. Had a room at side.of hotel so view was great and noise level was low. Bit stingy on the coffee and tea and had to request more. Hotel looks high class but is just a regular, run of the mill hotel. Only services available is food available from 5-9.30pm and then a bar service. Bar staff are obnoxious and egocentric though so atmosphere is bad. All other hotel staff are great. No leisure centre or fitness center. No vending machine either just overpriced snacks and water available at reception."

"Really nice hotel, only the person from the reception was not very flexible. I wanted a late check out (willing to pay for)but he only wanted to check it in the early morning on the day of checking out. For me it was useless since I wanted an hour of extra sleep."

CCindyTsangThe location is exactly in the town city. Tram is only 1 min away, 2 tram stops away from the centraal station. Perfect location!
The breakfast is great, but without mushrooms and enough fresh fruit. Only bananas and chopped fruits for yoghurt were provided. I love having breakfast in the den. The environment facing the river and the road, and the jazz background music is so relaxing. I don’t like having my breakfast in my room or in the lobby.
Staffs are very friendly and helpful offering help in person about how to use the washing machines and the dryers.
Fitness room is tiny. Dumbbells increase by 2kg from 4kg. The seat of the machine for lap pull is not secure, so I didn’t use it.
In my conclusion, the service is excellent, and room is spacious and new. I would love to come back next time.

The wardrobe and wine cabinet are uniquely designed, and even the door bolts and tissue boxes stand out as distinctive. The work desk features staggered partitions, and the walls are adorned with various-sized paintings and small decorative pieces that exude an artistic atmosphere. The bedding, lighting, and even the toilet paper are carefully considered. The service staff are friendly and polite.

The room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the quiet environment—perfect for a good night’s rest after a busy day exploring.

GGuest User1. Excellent location, 500 meters from The Hague Railway Station, supermarkets, McDonald's, restaurants, bars downstairs. Next to the City Hall and Opera House.
2. The room facilities are simple and hygienic. I saw many dogs coming in and out (but I couldn't smell the dog smell). There were no toiletries, slippers, kettles, teacups, or drinking water. You can go to the restaurant bar on the first floor, where there is a water machine where you can get some for free. The service attitude is not bad.
3. Breakfast is basically bread, salad, eggs, pancakes, cakes, coffee, milk, juice, and yogurt. You can eat enough.
4. There is a tram track at the entrance of the hotel. Those who need to sleep should pay attention in advance.

GGuest UserDon’t book the rooms in hot summer days. The air conditioner only provides breeze. Not enough to feel cool in the room. The sink is blocked and water goes down slowly.
Especially, we found the receptionists worked super slow and inefficiently. There was so hot in the reception area without air conditioners. The guests complained waited there over 1 hours to line in the queue and checked in. The receptionist just worked in their own time no matter how long the queue was. The receptionist just repeated same thing to different guests slowly. It took us over 45 mins to check in and no body could do a bit early check-in.
The room is clean and good for students but no for professionals. We would never come back again. W

GGuest UserWe booked a Family room. The room booking said “City view”. The room was in the basement with very small windows high up that couldn’t be opened and there was no view. Because in the basement the wifi was very limited and difficult to link into. The room itself was super modern and clean. It’s beautifully designed and a lovely hotel, but I’d prefer to have know when I booked that I would be in the basement with very limited wifi access.

OOndernemer in VeranderingPrima grote schone kamer (eigen keuze), maar in de toilet nog een laatste papierrest niet doorgespoeld en een lange vrouwenhaar in de douchebak, iehhh! Bedden en kussens heerlijk! Ontbijt grandioos uitgebreid. Lokatie is dicht bij strand maar wel midden op een druk kruispunt, beetje ‘nouja-uitzicht’. Service receptie en restaurant super vriendelijk!
