11391189****The room decor had a distinct Dutch feel and was very cozy overall. The staff were also very welcoming, though I was a bit unhappy with being on the first floor. I didn't experience breakfast myself, but the dining area looked lovely.
The hotel is very conveniently located for exploring nearby attractions, including shopping. It's also not a long walk from the station, which was a good opportunity to get acquainted with the surroundings.
I only stayed for one day, but I left with a great impression of The Hague.

MMax017Clean hotel in a central and convenient location (a few minutes walk to a tram and bus stop). The reception smells good and the staffs are nice. Our room looks a bit outdated though we got one with a tub. However, it felt unsafe to use as it gets slippery when wet. It’s safer to add an anti-slip surface. Hope the hotel considers that. Regardless, this is a highly recommended hotel.

GGuest UserThis is the best, most beautiful and most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in the Netherlands: the room is big enough, with a kitchen, kitchenware, bar, sufficient supplies in the room, and attentive front desk staff. Although I had to change rooms at the beginning because the lock of the first room was broken, it did not affect my love and recommendation for this hotel!
The sunset seen in the room is absolutely amazing, even more beautiful than the one seen on the beach in The Hague! 👍🏼
Extra tips: Residence Inn is right behind Moxy Hotel; in addition, you need to tap the room card to enter and exit the main door (because the lobby is on the 9th floor), and the card tapping station is on the left side of the main door. There is also an intercom above the card tapping station on the left side of the main door for first-time guests. This is worth noting!

The reception was also kind enough to upgrade the computer twin room to a superhero twin room.
The veranda was spacious and nice, but the downside was that the nearby amenities were more than 10 minutes away, but everything was good.

DDJonsI spent a lot of time choosing our hotels, because unlike many tourists, we like spending time in our room. This was the perfect place for that. From the moment we arrived, you could tell that attention had been given to every detail. The rooms are very comfortable, and we especially liked having a sofa bed, a fridge with an ice cube holder, and a spacious shower. We will definitely return!

OOthman alsalmiI had a fantastic experience staying at Novotel Den Haag City Centre. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and public transport. The staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and always professional.
The room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the quiet environment—perfect for a good night’s rest after a busy day exploring.

OOndernemer in VeranderingPrima grote schone kamer (eigen keuze), maar in de toilet nog een laatste papierrest niet doorgespoeld en een lange vrouwenhaar in de douchebak, iehhh! Bedden en kussens heerlijk! Ontbijt grandioos uitgebreid. Lokatie is dicht bij strand maar wel midden op een druk kruispunt, beetje ‘nouja-uitzicht’. Service receptie en restaurant super vriendelijk!

Cleanliness was generally good, although there was a strong odor in the bathroom that was hard to ignore. Breakfast was simple and not particularly varied, but it was perfectly adequate for a few days. One downside: parking was extremely expensive.
