4-Star Hotels in Hague

Great design, classic style, and an excellent location in the heart of The Hague. The hotel is conveniently close to several tram stops, making it easy to get around the city. That said, the housekeeping could be improved. I'm not particularly picky, nor was I inspecting corners looking for flaws, but as soon as I entered the room I noticed a large white stain on the chair—what looked like a souvenir from a previous guest. It was quite obvious and, in my opinion, something that should be easy to remove with basic cleaning supplies. The hair dryer also looked rather worn and overdue for replacement. These are small details, but they are the kind of things that guests notice immediately and could easily be addressed with a bit more attention from the cleaning staff. Other than that, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning kept the room at a very pleasant temperature. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider returning in the future, especially if the housekeeping standards are improved.

Pros: Room was clean enough upon arrival. They provide water and some snacks at the lobby free of charge. Hotel also has some events. Cons: Sofa bed was super creaky, steamer didn’t work and had to change it 3 times until we finally got one that worked, house keeping did not clear the trash properly and used creamer satches remained on the tray and coffee/ tea pods were not topped up. Beds were made but our PJ were left all over the beds & unfolded too. Staff are not very friendly nor helpful. Arrived in the pouring rain with 2 big luggages and staff stared at me from the desk instead of assisting me etc. Overall ok for a quick stay but otherwise wouldn’t recommend.

The location is unbeatable. It is just 5 mins walk, straight line, from the central station. Along the walk u will see lots of restaurants, an Etos (a heath and beauty brand in NL), a supermarket (Albert Heijn)which u should be able to get practically anything you need. The hotel room is clean, the bed is comfortable. I choose the room type with a view, which is on higher floor, very quiet, got good sunlight. There is a coffee corner on the ground floor which you can get unlimited coffee and tea all day long. And there is laundry room, although I haven’t tried it, which is another added point for long period travellers. The only downside is, it’s a minimalistic hotel. No kettle, no fridge, no cupboard or shelves for storage. The only toiletries provided are shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, although they are of freaking good quality, especially the conditioner, I am really surprised lol. Will stay there again if I go next time.

Thanks, everything was great. It's a bit far from public transport, but there's a beach with seals nearby. The room was spacious, and the bed, mattress, and pillows were comfortable. The shower worked. Housekeeping was available on request. Most importantly, it was quiet.

We received great care from the staff and were able to use luggage storage, which was great. This hotel is right in between Scheveningen and Den Haag and easily accessible through metro, bus, and by foot. We enjoyed our stay and the decor. Unfortunately the closet and shower were slightly malfunctioning and the airconditioning was not that good. However, I believe this will be resolved shortly and would recommend a stay here!

The room was spacious, the environment was nice, and the bed was very comfortable. If you chose not to have your room cleaned daily, you could get a voucher for drinks.

The hotel's location in The Hague is average; it's not particularly close or far from anything. The executive lounge on the 9th floor offers very mediocre food and drinks, definitely not as extensive as what's available in the main lobby. They do have a wider selection of alcoholic beverages, though.

This is the best, most beautiful and most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in the Netherlands: the room is big enough, with a kitchen, kitchenware, bar, sufficient supplies in the room, and attentive front desk staff. Although I had to change rooms at the beginning because the lock of the first room was broken, it did not affect my love and recommendation for this hotel! The sunset seen in the room is absolutely amazing, even more beautiful than the one seen on the beach in The Hague! 👍🏼 Extra tips: Residence Inn is right behind Moxy Hotel; in addition, you need to tap the room card to enter and exit the main door (because the lobby is on the 9th floor), and the card tapping station is on the left side of the main door. There is also an intercom above the card tapping station on the left side of the main door for first-time guests. This is worth noting!

The room was so clean and spacious! I enjoyed the big TV screen as well. Somehow I couldn’t chromecast Netflix. The staff were very kind too. Check-in and out was very smooth too. The breakfast was sufficient, though, I thought it was mediocre for 20€.

Like every time, this is just a good hotel with an excellent location. You can buy a day-card tram and you can get to the Hague. Parking next to the hotel in the garage.
