雖然是19世紀的文物級建築，但是建築老而不舊 設施完備適用，服務也很周到熱情。床墊尤其是舒服。去和平宮步行十分鐘之內就能到。去購物街最多步行五分鐘。購物街口有個能開到半夜的便利店，酒水飲料和食物都有，在歐洲非常難得。唯一不便的是，拖鞋是深色的，配上深色地毯，很不好找。

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Hotel Carlton Ambassador. Das Team am Empfang und am Frühstückssalon war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wohnlich mit einem romantischen Stil.

I had booked into the hotel for one night as the Hilton den Haag was full. I had moved from the Hilton which is next door at 7:30am and dropped my bag at reception gave my name and confirmed all was good with the booking. Arrived at the hotel at 9:00pm to be told no rooms and by the way the hotel was overbooked for nine rooms in total. This has never happened especially when I reconfirmed my booking earlier in the day. I managed to get a room by agreeing to have a room where the air conditioner was not working and half the ceiling was missing as I was too exhausted to do anything else. Do not ever consider staying here if you want to be assured you have a room.

Op zich een goed hotel, schoon en met een uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Echter waren de kamers en bedden veel te warm, ik heb twee nachten niet goed kunnen slapen. Wat vervelend is als je drie dagen een vergadering hebt waarbij je toch scherp moet blijven. Bedden en kussens broeiden gewoonweg in plaats van dat ze lekker fris en koel waren.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer idealen Lage, um bequem zu Fuß ins Zentrum von Den Haag zu laufen. Das Hotel ist charmant, nur die Zimmergröße und -einrichtung (Zimmer Royal - 2. Stock) könnte etwas überholt werden. Das Badezimmer war leider sehr klein, dafür war der Ausblick aus den zwei großen Fenstern Richtung italienischer und portugiesischer Botschaft großartig. Wir würden wieder ein Zimmer in dem Hotel buchen, dann aber wahrscheinlich direkt beim Hotel, da man ein deutlich größeres Zimmer in derselben Kategorie erhält, wie das bei unseren Freunden der Fall gewesen ist.

Fantastisch leuk en luxe hotel. Oud Engelse grandeur met bijpassende sfeer. Leuk restaurant en bijbehorende bar. Ontbijt was erg goed. De ligging is top om Den Haag te verkennen. De mensen die er werken hebben er allemaal zin in en zijn erg vriendelijk en positief. Is ook leuk te merken.
