The hotel has a great location, but unfortunately it is not very clean. The carpet in the restaurant is very dirty.
Breakfast was OK but at €20 it was way too expensive.

The stay itself was fine. However, what is absolutely wrong is the handling of credit card data. Upon arrival, my credit card had the deposit inclusive of city tax blocked, which I approved. The next morning while I was still asleep, another amount was charged to my credit card. When I noticed that, I paid the tourism tax in cash when I checked out. The lady at reception apologized for the inconvenience and assured that the debits had been cancelled. Now 3 weeks later I am still waiting for my money, no more replies and had to open a case with my credit card company. So very disappointing

Nous avons réservé 5 chambres le 8 mai, il y avait un séminaire d entreprise Impossible de dormir avant 3 h du matin Une fête à la piscine à côté de l hotel nous a empêche de dormir jusqu a minuit 30 puis ce sont les personnes du séminaire qui sont rentrés en parlant fort dans les couloirs, les portes qui claques.... impossible de dormir. Nous avons prévenu la réception qui a seulement dit " oui je sais Nous avons entendu mais nous ne savions pas qu il y avait cette fete" .

Dit was de 1ste x dat we hier verbleven Toen we binnen kwamen in onze kamer begon het al de deur van het balkon sluite niet goed hebben we aangegeven ze zouden iemand sturen is denk ik wel iemand geweest maar uiteindelijk kregen we de deur nog niet fatsoenlijk dicht verder zag je de roest plekken aan de douche kabine zitten en de vloer totaal niet hygiënisch . Enorme overlast en best gehorig in het hotel van schreeuwende gasten en die de deuren dichtslaan waardoor we amper hebben kunnen slapen . Personeel had ook wat vriendelijker kunnen zijn die je nummer noteren bij het ontbijt . En het balkon is ook flink veroudert de tegels zitten er zowat los in . Dus kortom dit was de 1ste en laaste keer dat ik hier verbleef

Het was een gezellig zussen uitje naar Scheveningen. De kamer was prima, groot bed en van een heerlijk ontbijt genoten. Het is wel jammer dat het strand/ de strandtenten moeilijker te bereiken zijn. Desondanks hebben we ons prima vermaakt, het weer was dan ook prima.
