Das Hotel hat eine top Lage,leider lässt es an Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Im Restaurant ist der Teppich sehr verschmutzt.
Frühstück war okay jedoch für 20€ viel zu teuer.

Der Aufenthalt an sich war in Ordnung. Was jedoch absolut nicht in Ordnung ist, ist der Umgang mit Kreditkarten Daten. Bei der Ankunft wurde von meiner Kreditkarte die Kaution inklusive Tourismusabgabe blockiert, was von mir auch genehmigt worden war. Am nächsten Morgen als ich noch schlief wurde nochmal ein Betrag von meiner Kreditkarte gebucht. Als ich das bemerkte zahlte ich bei Check Out die Tourismus Abgabe in Bar. Die Dame am Empfang entschuldigte sich für die Unannehmlichkeiten und versicherte das die Abbuchungen storniert wurden. Nun 3 Wochen später warte ich immer noch auf meine Geld, erhalte keine Rückantworten mehr und musste einen Fall bei meiner Kreditkartenfirma öffnen. Sehr enttäuschend also

Het is een mooi hotel aan het strand goed bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer. De upgrade comfort kamer is aangenaam gedecoreerd, licht mooi weids uitzicht vanaf de 7e étage. Dom dat we de handleiding niet lazen want werden wakker van de kou omdat we de verwarming niet begrepen.. Het zwembad is ok, lekker warm. De Haagse dames die er fittnessden keken me weg - als enige man.. (eng..!) hetgeen 't minpunt was van mijn verblijf.

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt mit der Familie. Tolles Zimmer, sehr gut zu wählende tägliche Halbpension und ein grandioses Frühstück. Was aber ganz besonders hervorzuheben gilt, sind die überaus netten Mitarbeiter*innen an der Rezeption, die Reinigungskräfte und die Mitarbeiter*innen an der Bar bzw. im Restaurant. Wir haben noch nie einen so zuvorkommenden und freundlichen Servicechef erlebt. Respekt! Ein unheimlich toller Aufenthalt. Was hier teilweise für schlechte Bewertungen abgegeben werden ist für uns nicht nachvollziehbar.

Een happy Birthday pakket als extra erbij gereserveerd, echter stond er bij aankomt op de kamer niks klaar, erg jammer!!
Na een telefoontje aan de receptie werd dit binnen 20min alsnog na de kamer gebracht.
Verder prima kamer, lekker bed, lekker ontbeten.

Nous avons réservé 5 chambres le 8 mai, il y avait un séminaire d entreprise Impossible de dormir avant 3 h du matin Une fête à la piscine à côté de l hotel nous a empêche de dormir jusqu a minuit 30 puis ce sont les personnes du séminaire qui sont rentrés en parlant fort dans les couloirs, les portes qui claques.... impossible de dormir. Nous avons prévenu la réception qui a seulement dit " oui je sais Nous avons entendu mais nous ne savions pas qu il y avait cette fete" .
