전 리셉션이 있는 건물이 아니라 별관에 머물렀었는데 그 큰 건물에 저 밖에 없던건지 좀 무서웠어요. 첨 배정된 방은 히터가 고장나서 손 호호 불면서 있다가 방 바꿔달라해서 바꿨구요. 남는 방도 그렇게 많은데 히터 고장나서 바꿔달라하면 그냥 바꿔줘도 되는데 그 추운 방에서 기술자 갈 때까지 기다리라해서 기다렸다가 고장이 맞다하니까 그제서야 바꿔주더라구요. 바꿔준 방은 넓고 히터도 잘 되고 좋았어요.
그리고 조식이 너무 부실해요.

We come here often and normally it was a nice hotel. Not this time... bed was not good, shower was boiling hot, dogs barking in the room next to me. Paid 7 euros for 2 small cans of coke. And when filing a complaint, everything was rejected and pointed towards us. This is very unfortunate. After years of being a regular customer, this was the last time.
