Geen goede ervaring met Riva Hotel. Service was super slecht, meneer aan de balie wist totaal niet waar hij het over had. Ik woon zelf in Den Haag dus toeristenbelasting is voor mij niet nodig om te betalen. Toch wordt er later naar de kamer gebeld dat ik in Delft woon en niet in Den Haag en alsnog naar beneden moet komen om te betalen. Ik woon op zeker heel mijn leven al in Den Haag maar meneer wist het beter en vertelde dat mijn adres in Delft is. Na 10 keer het adres herhalen en het zelf nog op google maps opzoeken was het oke. Maar geen excuus kwam er vanaf. Verder was de kamer niet schoon. Overal stof en vieze vlekken op het bed. Ook het doucheputje wordt nooit schoongemaakt want na 2 minuten onder de douche te staan, loopt alles over en komen de haren uit het putje. Enige pluspunt was het gratis parkeren voor het hotel. Maar dit was dan ook de laatste keer Riva hotel.
