Best Western Plus Plaza Den Haag City Center Reviews

The entrance is next to Starbucks and very central. When I got in a bit messy and a **** smell. But that is general in the Netherlands I think :( When I arrived at reception they had a great double espresso and I was able to checkin early, appreciated. The room is good, very nice view on the main street. Small fridge and water available, nice. Had a great time as it was very close to all the location and the tram. So I have a very good stay. What I noticed is the noise in the evening was not there. I expected (main street) this to be quite an issue, but very quite to be honest. Certainly will be back! And with regards to the pic, the weather was as usual not nice. But not something the hotel can do anything about ;p

Live on the same floor as the front desk today. The room here is good, and the price is a little more expensive than the first time. It is very convenient to have a refrigerator and a microwave. And their service so much really feels professional and homely.

The room is not big, located on the pedestrian street, not far from shopping and attractions, close to the train station, many tram stations nearby, clean and sanitary

Everything is good, only access to transportation is difficult when we carry suitcases

The only hotel I have visited without room service due to Covid despite the fact that in the Netherlands there are no restrictions anymore. The heating did not work and despite the fact that we reported it, they did nothing to help us. We got a little cold

Stayed for 3 nights and bed covers were never changed. Rooms had no extra like other 4 star hotel, ie. Shower caps. They seem to not care how many people are in room since they kept giving us 1 or 2 towels everyday. Good location and that’s about it but I heard there’s another hotel on the other side which offers better service called Novotel.
