Hotel situato a 30 metri da Noordeinde Palace, in pieno centro dell’Aia, a piedi si può andare a visitare tutte le attrazioni. Molto ben organizzato, camere spaziose e confortevoli, pulizia, servizi, letto spazioso ….. tutto perfetto. Non è economico, ma siamo in una città che nulla è economico e il sovraprezzo rispetto ad altri ne vale la pena.

Dear GM, when walking in as a non resident to have a glass of wine. I encountered a non staffed, totally deserted, bar. After a few minutes a staff member appeared and "poured" (automated) me an Chardonnay. Funnily enough he had to punch the button twice. If this portion controlled automated system was calibrated correctly.One only needs to hit the button once but I am digressing. After having finished my glass I wanted to pay. No staff member was present.After a few minutes I wandered and also FO staff had vanished. A guest was searching for staff. He went to the restaurant and asked the Viking reps if they were reception staff. Meanwhile I was still waiting. No one in the restaurant to be seen either. After 5 minutes waiting for staff to appear. I disappeared. What a s**t show. Sunday afternoon and staff is having a looooong break. A 4 star hotel always needs to have staff present. Are you taking notice GM?

Possibly one of the best hotel stays we have ever had. We went away as a family & respective partners for my father’s Birthday, as the Hague is a very special place for us. The location of the hotel was perfect, truly in the best part of the city! The rooms were very spacious, and felt luxurious which is just what we needed after walking around the city all day. The breakfast selection had something for everyone, with the most delicious smoothie shots. What really made the stay, were the wonderful staff. We arrived on international women’s day and the ladies of our group were given a beautiful red rose! Equally, we had let the hotel know of the birthday celebration and they decorated the room for us & provided us with complimentary prosecco. Out of all of the hotels in the Hage this is definitely our number one!

Goede locatie nabij het centrum. Voldoende parkeerplaatsen in de ondergrondse garage. Alleen helaas wel aan de prijzige kant, €30 per dag. Als hotelgast betaal je al genoeg, en daarbij werkte het in- en uitrijden niet perfect waardoor je je elke keer moest melden bij de intercom. Bij het uitrijden is dat vooral lastig, omdat je op een stijle helling zit. Kamer was op zich mooi met voldoende ruimte. Het ontbijt was daarentegen wel wat minder, en zeker voor de prijs die je betaalt. Er was niet echt veel keuze. Zo waren er bijvoorbeeld geen pistoletjes of zachte bolletjes/puntjes aanwezig. Voor een spiegelei of ommelet dien je nog extra te betalen, terwijl dit bij de meeste andere zusterhotels gratis is.
