Very friendly staffs at reception, both during check in and check out. big and spacious room for 3. Personalised welcome message on TV screen on the checkin day. Overall, very satisfy with the stay.

Good hotel around the center area of The Hague. Good service and helpful staff at the reception. Parking was really overpriced at like 42 euros per day so we had to park at other lots nearby. The room was good, but found several finger/toe nails left by previous guests on the floor around the bed, which means that the floor probably hasn’t been cleaned well. Honestly a bit disgusting and disappointing for us.

The bed was not comfortable this time

One of the best hotels in Den Haag, with convenient transportation, there is a tram stop ten meters away. The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming, and are always happy to help. There is a very delicious restaurant opposite the hotel, I highly recommend it. It takes about ten minutes to walk to the Moritz House Gallery, where you can see famous oil paintings. "Girl with a Pearl Earring" One of the best hotels in Den Haag, with convenient transportation and a tram stop meters away. It takes about ten minutes to walk to the Mauritshuis Museum, where you can see the famous oil paintings "Girl with a pearl earrings"

Wonderful experience! A very cozy hotel with a great location! Behind it is the Queen's Palace, next door is the City Hall Plaza, and it is also a ten-minute walk from the Art Museum! I will stay here again next time I come to The Hague!

The location is very good, just near the art museum, and the surrounding scenery is very beautiful! The room is spacious and clean, and the breakfast is good! The focus here is on parking, to give a reminder to friends who need it. The parking lot of the hotel needs to be entered from the side road. There is a small entrance on the left hand side. This entrance is integrated with entrance and exit. The slope is very steep, so be careful. The parking fee is very expensive. The hotel has a discounted price. You can park your car in front of the hotel first and then go in to the front desk to scan the QR code to register the license plate and pay. It is 30 euros for 24 hours. Here’s the key point, even if you have registered and paid at the front desk, you still have to get your card from the machine on the left before going to the basement! Otherwise, the parking lot will not lift the pole!
