Travelling from Australia we had two nights in this beautiful accommodation. The cottages are unique, so quiet and everything you need for a short or longer stay. Lots of space in the cottage. Comfortable beds,large showers and quiet patio among a unique garden setting. The gardens are special around each cottage. We had a fire in our cottage and on one cold night it was great. The firewood is replenished every day. Room service if you want it. Owner very friendly and helpful with tourist attractions. The church house restaurant on site was wonderful. Easy walk to town for coffee. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely loved our stay in our Studio Cottage set among the stunning private gardens. Beautiful attention to detail right throughout our cottage and the overall property. Very friendly and helpful host that sorted our afternoon boat cruise and provided details of all the sites to see. We hope we get back here again one day.

Great location to explore Hahei and Hot Water Beach, only a 5min walk from the beach. Lovely accomodation for self-catering, with the option to add breakfast and have a meal in the bistro on site, free parking available on site. Have used this accomodation before and can recommend it. Very friendly staff.

We loved our one night stay, from the booking to check in to our beautiful clean and tidy room, the gardens were gorgeous, reminded us of a recent stay at a flash resort in Bali, parking was right outside our door, all was superb. Will definitely recommend and will be back to stay for longer next time!

Great location, relaxed and super helpful staff, and quirky but lovely accommodation. Easy walk to the shops and beach, bistro next door and a really good local pub (The Pour House). Gardens look great and beautiful birdsong in the morning too.

Very hospitable hosts. Lovely, private, clean and modern accommodation. Within town of Hahei so close to beach, shops and cafe. Very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend to other travellers.

The photographs on the website do not do justice to this beautiful property - it is a masterclass in green style and comfort. It is sparkling clean. Great water pressure and HOT water for showers. Bedding is breathable cotton, fresh and luxurious.
We appreciated the abundant native plantings which provide private outdoor spaces, and the lovely vintage windows.
Our cottage had a well-stocked kitchen with everything we needed, in addition to comfortable living area, private back verandah for summer reading, and reliable wifi.
Management are friendly and helpful.
Everything smells so good, seriously!
Dining at the Church restaurant (lunch and dinner) was marvelous and upscale, and the entire property is 5 minutes’ walk to cafes and shops (great breakfasts) and perhaps 8 minutes’ walk to the beach.
If I could pack up my life and come and live here forever, I’d do it. Considering this is not possible, I’ll certainly be returning as often as I can.

amazing! the best hotel we've stayed in on that trip so far!! comfortable, clean, well located! People were very kind :) we were worried about the absence of AC, but the natural breeze was enough! nothing bad...everything was perfect! All the family loved it!
