The lady at the front desk is very gentle, patient, and thoughtful. The breakfast is also very rich, which makes me feel like I don't want to go home😂 It was a pleasant stay experience! Will continue to visit if necessary in the future.

The hotel actually turned off the central air conditioning refrigeration switchboard in the afternoon, making the room increasingly hot and unbearable. The front desk and floor attendants could not solve the problem. Fortunately, after the intervention of Ctrip customer service, a supervisor came and solved the problem. The room was also changed. Ctrip is still good.

The room is large and the service staff is nice, but the breakfast is hard to describe. Wangfu Hotel is even worse than a chain economy hotel. There is no milk, no black tea, and no soy milk, so the restaurant entrance is unattended and open to the public, but maybe it was just the morning of October 2, 2023.

Good value for money, Xiao Ke's service attitude is good, and it is suitable for family travel and business accommodation. There are abundant food and beverages, and parking is convenient and fast, and it is parked on the ground. The floors are high and the environment is quiet.

Nice hotel, very new and clean, with a great restaurant for business dinners and a good breakfast with lots of options. Definitely a good option to stay in Hai'an.

The hotel is advertised as non-smoking, but I don't know if the front desk has reminded the guests not to smoke in the room. At least when I went to check in the room, the guest on the opposite side of the same floor who lived in the hotel smoked and opened the door to let the smoke flow into the corridor. As a pregnant woman, I felt very bad. And when arranging the room, whether it can be considered to avoid these poor quality smokers and stay away from the smoking environment. The sanitation of the hotel room is very good, the overall is relatively clean, and the hot water is also very powerful, but the air conditioner in the room, although the warm air is blowing, it takes a long time to feel the warmth in the room. I don't know if it is because the weather is too cold or The wind direction of the air conditioner can't be controlled downward or for some reason, it's not so warm.

第四次入住海安王府了，這次在國慶節期間下榻也沒有特別大幅度的漲價，特別的實誠！房間也是一如既往的好，雖然房間比較老但絲毫不影響住宿體驗，下次再來海安在客觀條件都允許的情況下還會考慮入住王府的！
