中午十二點多起來洗澡沒有熱水 問前台説一晚上沒人用 得等半個小時 這種情況是正常的 無語😓

電視機有些老，房間沒有網絡，電視和無線連接不上。網可以連接其它樓層，電視就沒有辦法看了。最近樓下修路灰塵有點大，停水了酒店有想辦法解決沖馬桶問題，但是感覺不太好。早餐一般般，就是雞蛋，小米粥，加兩個小菜（土豆絲+炒雞蛋）
沒有洗衣房，但是訂單時顯示有這個配套設施，望商家或平台及時跟進更新，避免誤導消費者

房間衞生不太乾淨 退房有不換床品的現象 當天早上退房後下午去再次入住，要求前台還住前一晚的房間，結果住進去的乾淨房床單上的污漬還在那邊 ，床品巾類也比較破，希望商家慎重吧 酒店起碼的衞生乾淨要保證 顧客才會住的安心，房間面積比較大 前台會升級房型 態度還行 就是收取按金有點落後了 設施也還可以

臟，被子有斑，床有味，地毯黑，房間臭！睡完全身癢，車庫沒燈，蓬頭調水温一鍵3個功能，切換上下噴頭／冷熱／關閉，結果人站下面淋了冰水，沒有沖涼拖鞋
