They answered all my questions gently, providing exceptionally warm service. The hotel environment was clean and elegant. The public areas were spotless and odor-free. The rooms were spacious and bright, impeccably clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, making me feel incredibly relaxed. The soundproofing was also excellent, allowing me to sleep soundly all night. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, plenty of hot water, and all the necessary facilities were complete and easy to use. The attention to detail showed the hotel's dedication. Whether for a short stay or a quick getaway, this hotel is perfect. It offers excellent value for money, and I will definitely choose it again next time. I sincerely recommend it to everyone!"

"I wanted to leave a bad review as soon as I checked out. I booked a family room but was upgraded to an executive room at the front desk. However, the master bedroom was 30 degrees Celsius, unbearably hot, and opening the window did nothing to improve the temperature. Oh, and by the way, the rooms facing the hotel have a direct view of the elevated highway and high-speed rail line, so the soundproofing of the windows is very poor. I called the front desk at 1 a.m., and they suggested I change rooms. I asked them to lower the temperature of the underfloor heating, but that didn't help either. I finally managed to fall asleep with the air conditioning on. The Chinese restaurant was practically unmanned; don't expect any service here. Staying here is worse than staying at a Ji Hotel."

Upon arrival, the staff in the lobby greeted me warmly. Check-in was super quick, and the front desk lady was incredibly gentle and patient. She thoughtfully asked about my needs and proactively introduced the hotel's facilities and local attractions, which I found really heartwarming. The hotel's overall environment is high-end and elegant. The lobby is exquisitely decorated and grand, and the public areas are spotless, even in the corners – the ambiance is just perfect. The guest room was spacious and bright, with a minimalist yet quality decor. The bedding was soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep without any noise disturbance. All the in-room facilities were comprehensive, and the bathroom amenities were of high quality. Both the vanity and toilet were meticulously cleaned, showing great attention to detail. The hotel's breakfast was also a pleasant surprise. The variety of dishes was extensive, offering both Chinese and Western options, all fresh and delicious, catering to different tastes. "The hotel's ambiance and facilities are excellent. The bathroom's sliding door was written backwards, but the ToTo tub was very comfortable. The breakfast was a bit simple, and I'd recommend adding hot options like noodles and steamed buns. For airport transfers, you should contact the hotel in advance; airport taxis and Didi Chuxing don't go to the hotel. There's no takeout nearby. There's a food court in the hotel, but it's about a 100-meter walk from the building, in a different building, which is not very convenient."
