"The cleanliness and facilities were average, but the location and price were its advantages. The room had no air conditioning and was poorly ventilated; opening the window to the street made it very noisy, and the bed was hard, making it difficult to fall asleep at night. Breakfast was at the restaurant across the street; a bowl of noodles cost 8 yuan, but the room rate was increased by 20 yuan, so it was better to just buy it directly. Also, the front desk didn't proactively offer breakfast vouchers; while we were having breakfast, guests kept coming to the hotel asking for them, which was quite inconvenient."

As soon as the plane landed, they contacted us by phone to inform us of the waiting location. We arrived at the hotel in about 10 minutes. To our surprise, the hotel upgraded us to an executive suite and prepared snacks when we arrived in the room. It was very touching and warm."
